If you are planning to stay in this district of Avsallar, this place is one of the best. It is well-equipped, and as of January 2025, the equipment is in good condition, perfectly maintained, and carefully looked after by its hosts. The building is also tastefully decorated. However, having a car is highly recommended for this district of Avsallar. And dear Avsallar Municipality, I am sure that you will plant some greenery around, rlght? In conclusion, for me, seaside or Avsallar center accommodations are either too pricey or moderately conditioned and not well-maintained. This district is new and clean but requires a car for convenience.

Emra was very friendly and responded immediately to contact. The apartment was spacious and just like the photos. The balcony was cozy. The pool was 28 meters long, so you could swim in it. The yard tent was peaceful. It was a short trip to the bus stops and they ran frequently. The internet was disconnected twice, but Emre sorted it out quickly. Washing machine broke. A new one was delivered the next day. The location is great if you want to live in a quieter area.

Great stay, place was exactly as described and everything went smoothly. Polite, responsive host and any additional questions or desires were dealt with quickly and kindly.

We had an amazing stay in Alanya at Deniz’s place! We initially booked for two weeks but loved it so much that we extended for an additional two nights. The apartment is newly built, very clean, and perfectly equipped with everything you need—including a fully stocked kitchen, which was a huge plus. The location is excellent, close to everything, and made exploring Alanya so convenient. Deniz is a wonderful host, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

The place is nice. Location is on a "party" side, expect to hear the music at night. Close to the beach and groceries, had few nice bakeries around. Electricity and water bills are charged separately (which is common for Turkey) so read the description of property.

Very nice and beautiful place, clean air, mountains, there are gardens with persimmon, apples, limes, a lot of flowers, everything is kept in a well-maintained condition, there is a place to walk with excellent views of the city, sea and mountains. Very cozy apartment setting, like home, everything is thought through to the smallest detail, everything you need is there (and even more). Marina was available all the time, helped in all matters. A big plus is the opportunity to use the infrastructure of the complex (swimming pools, bath complex, gym). In the main building there is a good restaurant on the 16th floor, very tasty and at reasonable prices, a mini store with everything you need. Of course, with a car it would be much more convenient, but in season there are free shuttles to the beach, and 3 times a day paid bus to the center of Alanya - there are options. We ordered delivery of products from Migros, conveniently. 2 weeks flew by quickly, we were satisfied. Thanks to Marina!

I had a wonderful stay at Gold City in Alanya. The 2+1 apartment I rented was comfortable, spacious, and had a beautiful view. The price was very reasonable for the quality and amenities provided. Mr. Ferdi, the host, was always in touch and incredibly helpful, making sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located stay in Alanya!

Everything about the listing was very good. I can only recommend it. Everything is just like the pictures. It was a wonderful 4 nights. The pool table provided a very good program.

It is new building, so everything is new. Near you can find 5! supermarkets. I had a car, so for me it was not a problem to go to the sea. But you can use taxi also. Erhan speaks English and he was very friendly. Price is also good.

We were lucky to get a very last-minute booking (other booking fell through); Ferdi was helpful and everything was made easy. The spacious little townhouse is within a large hotel complex. We were very comfortable. The two balconies are in direct sun all morning. Electricity and water are charged for separately; for our three-night stay this was only a few pounds.

Everything was great! The hostess answered all questions and helped with the transfer from Antalya. The apartments are large, spacious, there are 2 large balconies and children's things if needed. The shower broke, it was repaired the same day. The equipment is all old, but works properly. The sea is 5 minutes walk away. There is an excellent bar 77 on the sea, friendly staff and free sun loungers.
