There is a sauna and a hot tub (for a fee and by prior arrangement, but at least 24 hours in advance) and an outdoor terrace. The view from the rooms is directed to the quiet nature.

We offer you a unique villa in close proximity to the spa metropolis of Karlovy Vary with direct access to the forest. The house has a relaxation terrace on the first floor, a pool table and table football in the hall. There's an open fireplace and an outdoor hot tub by the house. Near the house there are bike paths and hiking trails, the building is on the edge of the Ore Mountains. So an ideal place for a pleasant holiday Privacy for visitors is provided by a completely fenced plot with mature trees around the perimeter and with its own parking lot.

We offer beautiful accommodation in a renovated apartment in the very centre of Karlovy Vary. The apartment is stylised in a chateau style with preserved First Republic elements with a massage chair, infrared sauna and hydromassage bath. The apartment is close to the spa colonnade, the Becher Museum and many restaurants and shops. In front of the building is available to you if you are interested in our one dedicated parking space for a fee of 12€/night (reservation required). It is also possible to park in the side bays for a parking hour.

Grizzly is an off-grid cottage on the edge of the Slavkovský Forest, for up to 6 guests. There's a stream flowing nearby, a forest in front of the cottage, and three places outside where you can sit for a long time. Inside there is a tiled stove with an oven, a kitchen with a dining area and two bedrooms. Outside, there's a wood-fired hot tub, a fire pit, a stone oven and a gas barbecue. It's not a hotel. It's a cottage for people who want to cook, heat the place and take their time.
