The apartment has 2 bedrooms for 2+2 people, a living room with a large sofa, a kitchen with all the amenities, a dishwasher, a microwave and a classic oven, a TV and a bathroom with a shower. The advantage is the luxurious environment of the apartment and the above-standard terrace of 23m2 from which there is a beautiful and undisturbed view of the Loučná valley. This place offers a relaxing and undisturbed relaxation.

Our cottage is an ideal place to spend an active holiday, but also for relaxation and trips with the family. In summer, you can go cycling, hiking, picking forest fruits, or exploring the surrounding natural attractions. In case of bad snow conditions on the local ski lift, the artificially snow-covered ski resort Bublava - Stříbrná is nearby. There is peace, quiet and tranquility.

Apartments K Lanovce - Ela

Apartments K Lanovce Ela and Bella with their own parking spots were newly built in July 2023. We offer exclusive service, modern furniture, high-speed internet and full kitchen equipment. Apartment Ela is the smaller of the two apartments offered, but very cozy, suitable for couple or two to three friends. The apartment can be internally connected to the Bella apartment. You can store bikes, skis, or other amenities in a separate and lockable cubicle. The apartment has a private parking space right next to the house.

In the beautiful surroundings of the mountain town of Pernink we offer accommodation for up to 25 (+2 extra beds) people in 7 rooms in a newly renovated cottage (2019). The neighborhood of the chalet encourages year-round sporting activities. In winter, you can climb a running trail directly behind the cottage or go skiing 100 meters away. Adrenaline lovers will find their way around snowkiting on the vast Ore Mountains plains. Spring, summer, and fall are in the spirit of mountain biking or hiking.

After the original cottage burned down in 1987, we designed and built the cottage in its current form within 3 years, and we try to continue to maintain and improve it for our, but especially your, comfort. The new and barrier-free apartment with two rooms is located within walking distance to the Plešivec ski slope/children's ski park, toboggan run and trail park. Cross-country tracks start right next to the house. The apartment includes a picturesque terrace overlooking the mountains and an outdoor seating area. The apartment has an above-standard large lockable ski/bicycle room that can accommodate up to 4 bicycles and is also equipped with a ski dryer.
