The lake house - our gem!

Sjöstugan - our pearl right by the lake! Private house with sleeping loft, kitchen, beautiful large room with fireplace and view of the lake. Wood-fired sauna with a dip in the lake right next door. Hot tub on the jetty - always warm. Swimming dock 5 meters outside the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact the host. Wood for the fireplace and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

Cozy cottage right by the sea in Matvik harbor.

The cabin is simply and cozily decorated, with marine interior details. Directly outside is a patio and parking with the possibility to charge an electric car (cost SEK 5/kWh). Toilet and shower are located in a common service building (35 m). Barbecue is available on the harbor area (35 meters) and sea kayaks can be rented from us. A nice kiosk that is open all summer is in the harbor (50 m) and the archipelago boats depart from the dock (100 m). Beach on the other side of the bay (2 km). Grocery store is located in Hällaryd (3.5 km) and in Karlshamn (9 km).

Nice accommodation next to Mörrumsån

A newly-renovated accommodation for up to 6 people on a farm by the Mörrumsån river. The apartment is in an older barn building and there are two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with two 90 cm wide beds. The downstairs contains a bathroom with a washer and dryer as well as a combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, microwave and oven and stove. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two more beds. From the kitchen, there is an exit directly to the patio with barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture.

Cabin in the archipelago with your own dock, boat and hot tub

Small charming vacation home from the 50s with a sea plot, private jetty and views of the archipelago. Wood-fired hot tub and kayak, paddleboard and boat (without engine) are included. The cottage is located at the end of a peninsula and can be reached by car. Nearby are shipyards, café and shop. Perfect stay for water activities, fishing, exploring nature or just relaxing. Natural garden and a lawn with trampoline for games and play. TV and Wi-Fi are available. Full access to the whole house and plot except storage sheds.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Newly-built and modern summer house in Karlshamn's archipelago and popular Köpegårda. A couple of minutes' walk on the Badstigen and you are at the jetty and the swimming area for an early morning swim or quiet evening swim. The house is located on the mainland by Karlshamn's archipelago, adjacent to both forest and sea. The house has 6 beds divided into 3 bedrooms plus a separate guest house on the property. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and very fresh.

Nice villa with the sea as the nearest neighbor

Right between Hörvik and the Spraglehall nature reserve is the small charming fishing village of Krokås. In Krokås, there is a small fishing port and a popular beach. There are restaurants, cafés and plenty of activities all year round. Close to school, grocery store, leisure activities and bus stop outside the door. The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Two patios on the front with morning sun and large backyard with afternoon and evening sun.

Charming cabin cloose to nature and next to water

Charmigt, unikt, enkelt boende i naturen, med vatten och lugn precis utanför stugknuten 3 km från Mörrum Här bor du lyxigare än i tält men ändå lika nära naturen - en perfekt getaway! Stugan är oisolerad, enkel och inredd i äldre stil med en skön dubbelsäng med utsikt över vatten med ett rikt fågelliv. Laga mat över öppen eld utomhus, värm tevatten på kaminen inne i stugan och bara njut av lugnet. Utekök, utedusch med varmvatten samt torrdass. Små husdjur välkomna. Fiske är ej tillåtet!

Charming turn-of-the-century house in the heart of Karlshamn. A detached corner house from 1909 with preserved character and modern standard – perfect for couples, friends or small families. There are two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, extra toilet and fully equipped kitchen. Cozy, fresh and functional with small imperfections remaining. Close to the sea, swimming area, cafes, shops and downtown. Quiet location but still in the middle of town. You have the whole house to yourself!

På Skrubbeboda Gård kan man bo mitt i naturen och ändå ha tillgång till de flesta bekvämligheterna. Med flera gårdsdjur som granne har man förutom alla badplatser i närheten, även möjlighet att boka till egen box och hage till sin häst. Även ponnyridning kan bokas till, samt köpa ägg från gårdens egna höns. Ridbana finns bredvid stugan. Utridningsmöjligheterna är oändliga. Havet och alla moderna bekvämligheter är bara en kort bilfärd bort. Egna sängkläder tas med. Dusch finns inte.

Modernt hus med alla bekvämligheter. Huset ligger i sydvästläge med viss havsutsikt. Stor altan på 90m2 med grill, vedeldad pizza ugn och bord för 6 personer. Det finns flera fina badplatser med mindre sandstränder i området (100-1000m ). Enklare roddbåt med 5hk motor finns nere vid stranden. Sjösatt mellan Juni och slutet av Augusti. (annars på begäran) Husets lummiga läge gör att det är svalt även under högsommaren. Bra fiskevatten där man kan få gädda, abborre, torsk mm.

This small house is situated in a small idyllic old fishing village with the sea all around. The house has been completely newly renovated bright and fresh for three years. There are two sleeping cabins with wardrobes and bunk beds. One room is slightly larger with an embeat 140cm. The other beds are 80cm. There is also 1 crib. Living room with open kitchen. Shower, toilet, and sauna. Patio with garden furniture and grill. Walking down to the jetty for morning swim.

Rural back yard house

Quiet and pleasant location in a rural environment. Three kilometers from the center of Karlshamn, three kilometers to the beach. The house is surrounded by fields and forest areas with mountain bike loops and opportunities for nice walks. Patio with barbecue facilities and west-facing balcony. The house is close to the host family's residential building, but with limited visibility and separate patios.
