The lake house - our gem!

Sjöstugan - our pearl right by the lake! Private house with sleeping loft, kitchen, beautiful large room with fireplace and view of the lake. Wood-fired sauna with a dip in the lake right next door. Hot tub on the jetty - always warm. Swimming dock 5 meters outside the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact the host. Wood for the fireplace and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

Cozy cottage right by the sea in Matvik harbor.

The cabin is simply and cozily decorated, with marine interior details. Directly outside is a patio and parking with the possibility to charge an electric car (cost SEK 5/kWh). Toilet and shower are located in a common service building (35 m). Barbecue is available on the harbor area (35 meters) and sea kayaks can be rented from us. A nice kiosk that is open all summer is in the harbor (50 m) and the archipelago boats depart from the dock (100 m). Beach on the other side of the bay (2 km). Grocery store is located in Hällaryd (3.5 km) and in Karlshamn (9 km).

Nice accommodation next to Mörrumsån

A newly-renovated accommodation for up to 6 people on a farm by the Mörrumsån river. The apartment is in an older barn building and there are two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with two 90 cm wide beds. The downstairs contains a bathroom with a washer and dryer as well as a combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, microwave and oven and stove. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two more beds. From the kitchen, there is an exit directly to the patio with barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture.

Glamping at historic swedish farm

At Skrubbeboda Gård Glamping you can stay in the middle of nature and still have access to most amenities. With several farm animals as a neighbor, you have in addition to all the swimming areas nearby, also the opportunity to book your own box and pasture on your horse. Even pony rides can be booked for, as well as buy eggs from the farm's own chickens. Riding track is beside the glamping. The rescue facilities are endless. The sea and all modern amenities are only a short drive away. Please bring your own bedding. There is no shower.

The cottage is located at the end of a peninsula and can be reached by car. Nearby are shipyards, café and shop. Perfect stay for water activities, fishing, exploring nature or just relaxing. Natural garden and a lawn with trampoline for games and play. TV and Wi-Fi are available. Full access to the whole house and plot except storage sheds.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Newly-built and modern summer house in Karlshamn's archipelago and popular Köpegårda. A couple of minutes' walk on the Badstigen and you are at the jetty and the swimming area for an early morning swim or quiet evening swim. The house is located on the mainland by Karlshamn's archipelago, adjacent to both forest and sea. The house has 6 beds divided into 3 bedrooms plus a separate guest house on the property. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and very fresh.

Nice villa with the sea as the nearest neighbor

Right between Hörvik and the Spraglehall nature reserve is the small charming fishing village of Krokås. In Krokås, there is a small fishing port and a popular beach. There are restaurants, cafés and plenty of activities all year round. Close to school, grocery store, leisure activities and bus stop outside the door. The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Two patios on the front with morning sun and large backyard with afternoon and evening sun.

Charming cabin cloose to nature and next to water

Charmigt, unikt, enkelt boende i naturen, med vatten och lugn precis utanför stugknuten 3 km från Mörrum Här bor du lyxigare än i tält men ändå lika nära naturen - en perfekt getaway! Stugan är oisolerad, enkel och inredd i äldre stil med en skön dubbelsäng med utsikt över vatten med ett rikt fågelliv. Laga mat över öppen eld utomhus, värm tevatten på kaminen inne i stugan och bara njut av lugnet. Utekök, utedusch med varmvatten samt torrdass. Små husdjur välkomna. Fiske är ej tillåtet!

Newly built holiday home in Vettekulla, 6 km from Karlshamn city center. Here you live with the forest around the corner and about 300 meters to the sea and renovated jetty. Nearby are a marina, fish smokehouse and restaurants. During the summer months, you can easily get out to the islands in the beautiful archipelago with the archipelago boat from Matvik. Nice walking trails are directly adjacent to the house. For rent to well-behaved couples and families with children older than 6 years.

Cozy cottage with large garden surrounded by trees surrounded by nature. Swimming area by the lake within walking distance (1500 m). By car, you can reach the Baltic Sea in about 30 minutes. You will stay with us on the same property. Anyone who wants to is cordially invited to have a coffee with us. We rent out a cottage on our property. It is located in a lush and nice area about 200 meters from the sea. There are good opportunities for both fishing and swimming. The cottage has a sleeping loft and tiled bathroom. It also has a lovely porch overlooking a meadow with horses.
