Holiday rentals with lake access in Karlshamn Municipality

Very nicely located and cozy house. Very well-equipped. Short walk to the sea. Especially the conservatory is very useful in the rain. There was Wi-Fi. The house did not have a wallbox for electric cars. Around the house is a garden to play or relax. The town of Pukavik is close to the highway, supermarket and beach are easily accessible by car. We had a very nice time as a family with two children. Please note: despite the cleaning fee, the floors and bathroom should be cleaned by the guest. We highly recommend the house.

We had a good Winther holiday stay with Mats in his nice and functional house. The house has all that you need and especially the outdoor SPA is nice and the basement bath and sauna works well. The kitchen is basic, but have what you need for cooking. The house is close to a beautiful scenic river - and there is some nice walks in the area. Karlshamn is also only a 15min drive away, so eating out or shopping is close. Only drawback with Matt’s house is the nearby road which is quite busy with some heavy traffic. But apart from that - we recommend this house for a nature stay.

We were three couples renting this house for a weekend, we ate well and bathed between meals and enjoyed the quiet island. We are very satisfied with our stay at Åsa's house and hope we get the opportunity to rent next summer again. PS. we loved the decor and Åsa's ceramics ☀️

A good place to stay for a small team on a work trip.

We stayed in the house for 10 days now and it was great. The house corresponds to the description and if you are looking for it quietly on the lake with dock and rowing boat, this is the place to be. If you want to shop or eat out, you can reach Karlshamn in a maximum of 10 minutes, a beautiful small town with everything you need. In short, the holiday was great and we would come back anytime. We loved Omer’s home it was so welcoming. It was a shame we only stayed 1 night on our road trip but we will return one day. This place is over flowing with charm and character and a short walk to the shops and restaurant plus a lovely river near by, we definitely recommend Omer and his home. Omer is very easy to talk too and communicates with and responds very promptly.

A really cozy house in nice surroundings with amazing views. We were disappointed that you could not swim from the property when we had specifically asked about this at the time of booking, but otherwise everything was great.

The perfect place for 2 people, equipped with everything you need. The location is great, overlooking the water, which invites you to swim or do other activities (canoe and SUP available). The view from the cottage or the terrace is fantastic. We felt very comfortable and Lena and Kent are two very lovely people.

A nice place with two annex rooms and a bedroom as well as the possibility of overnight stays on stairs and in the living room. The house is located with a beautiful view from the covered terrace, which we used a lot. Jacob responded promptly with directions if we had any questions. Overall a good experience
