The apartment is in an older barn building and there are two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with two 90 cm wide beds. The downstairs contains a bathroom with a washer and dryer as well as a combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, microwave and oven and stove. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two more beds. From the kitchen, there is an exit directly to the patio with barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture.

Electricity is available and all amenities such as fully-equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, stove and contemporary decor. No running water, but water is available in a can. Drain is in the kitchen. There is a chemical toilet but no shower.

Lantlig känsla men enbart 1 km till Karlshamn centrum och havet. Det är den lilla röda stugan det gäller. Det större ljusgrå huset på ena bilden, är boningshuset på tomten. Under jämna veckor går det att istället välja gästrum i stora huset till ett lite lägre pris. Där är det en 90-säng. Då ingår dusch.
