The downstairs contains a bathroom with a washer and dryer as well as a combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, microwave and oven and stove. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two more beds. From the kitchen, there is direct access to the patio with barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture.

Right between Hörvik and the Spraglehall nature reserve is the small charming fishing village Krokås. In Krokås there is its own small fishing harbor and a popular beach. There are restaurants, cafe and plenty of activities all year round. Close to school, grocery store, leisure activities and bus stop outside the door. The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Two patios in the front with morning sun as well as large backyard with afternoon and evening sun.

The house is surrounded by fields and forest areas with mountain bike loops and opportunities for nice walks. Patio with barbecue facilities and west-facing balcony. The house is close to the host family's residential building, but with limited visibility and separate patios.

For groups of more than 8 people, we recommend the possibility of renting our second house "Holken" which is located on the adjacent plot to "Sigges". This allows 13-15 people to spend time together.
