This accommodation is small but practical. 1 sofa bed for 2 and a sleeping loft for 2. 25 m2 with sleeping loft. Kitchen with dishwasher. Shower and washing machine. TV, Wi-Fi. Close to a bus stop, electric scooters available for hire on the street outside, and a boat bus service in summer. Free parking. Bicycles. 2 km to Karlstad town centre, 2 km to Bergvik shopping centre. Central Hospital 1 km. Swimming spots in Lake Vänern, including Bomstad, Skutberget and Gbgudden. Coop and ICA. Just a few metres to bathing in the Klarälven River. Barbecue, access to the garden.

New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Vänern. Kitchen area with fridge, stove, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. Air heat pump! Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left cleaned, clean and tidy! Welcome!
