New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Vänern. Kitchen area with fridge, stove, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. Air heat pump! Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Private small cottage of 52 m2 + 25 m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for yourself with the host in their own house on the property. Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

House 40 meters from lake Vänern. Completely renovated during 2018. A small boat can be used by the guest. (not during november-april due to ice) Equipped with all modern things like AC, fiber internet, etc. There is one double bed in the main bedroom. In the guest room there is 2 beds. An inflatable bed could be used if you need more beds. There is also a small guest house with a room. You can relax, take a swim or walk in the forest. It’s as relaxing during summer as during winter.
