Newly-equipped house with its own bay and rowboat

Lovely vacation home for those who like animals and nature! Here you can fish, swim, hike and cycle. In the nearby area, there are several nature reserves as well as hiking and biking trails. You have access to a simple rowing boat (life jackets can be borrowed) and your own swimming cove or you can borrow our jetty where you can dive or fish. We are located between Örebro and Karlskoga in Norhammar. Towels and sheets are not included. For an additional cost, they can be rented from the host.

The sleeping area features two individual beds with striped bedding, positioned parallel to each other. Soft, ambient lighting is provided by recessed ceiling lights. A small bedside table sits between the beds, complemented by a decorative shelf above with framed artwork. One wall showcases rustic stone accents.

You are close to shops, restaurants, swimming and sports facilities. Approximately 100 meters to the bus stop. The bedroom has two beds. Brand new kitchen that is fully equipped with, for example, dishwasher, microwave and oven. Private shower and toilet, as well as laundry room with washing machine and iron.

3 bedrooms available in a sunny family home nestled in a small suburb only a 5-minute drive from Karlstad centre. There are buses to town centre readily available. It is also an easy 25-minute walk or a 10-minute cycle along the banks of the river Klarälven. The house is set in a quiet neighborhood close to the river. You will not share the house with other guests but I stay in the basement during your stay. I have a nice outside cat and a friendly dog who also stays with me in the basement.

Tiveden National Park is close to Harjebaden's long sandy beach. The house was ready in autumn 2018 and has all amenities.
