Great place for a relaxed and laid back vacation, especially if you are with a family. The location is decent and can be accessed quickly from the highway. However, it is a little away from Udupi city (expected) which makes accessing restaurants a little difficult. We found a good option at the toll gate (Mayura) which is 2km away. There's a ferry terminal 5min away from the property using which you can cross over to the beach nearby (even with your car) and I'd totally recommend this. The property manager recommended this and we totally enjoyed the experience. We didn't use the pool at the property since it was almost always raining when we got there. It was a little dirty with fallen leaves because of the rain but the caretaker cleaned it up as soon as we arrived. The caretaker was extremely helpful as well. Overall, we enjoyed the experience. We did feel like the price could be slightly lower than what we paid in Airbnb but it's not bad.

The property is beautiful, very nicely done, looks exactly like shown in the photos. We had gone for 2 days, just a stay cation, everything was converted with good amenities nearby including a ful fledged restaurant in the community. Mahima was very helpful right from the time of booking. She helped us plan everything in advance by sharing the food menu and caterer contact as well. If you are planning a quick weekend get away, just a drive away, Maahi Pool Villa must be in your consideration.

Vijayendra’s place is well maintained. He is a very friendly and responsive host. The place is located in safe / peaceful mysore suburb and not very far from main Mysore- Bangalore highway. Swiggy and zomato deliver here. The entire house is clean and kitchen has all basic things for preparing coffee/ tea / pet food etc. Garden in front is a good space for furry friends to move around. There were enough floor beds/ pillows / blankets apart from the king size cot and bed. We and Our pets enjoyed the relaxing stay. We were able to park our car inside the gate. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Mala and her team were helpful and great to communicate with. The flat is spotlessly clean and very spacious. All of the furniture was very comfortable. The location is quiet, but also close enough to the main road to easily get autos. It’s also walkable to restaurants and shops. We loved the place and felt extremely comfortable.

The stay was very good with all listed amenities. It's a very good place to stay if you a group 4-5 people and if you need to stay near to Agumbe. We covered Kavaledurga fort and Varanga jain temple. Karkala and many others places are nearby. Praveen helped us with the restaurants nearby and with the places to visit. Had a very good time here. Thanks for hosting us.

Tucked away in a quiet lane , place is neat and clean, good wifi, AC (extra charges), and best of all, truly pet friendly too! So it was ideal for our December end holiday for our family of four and our little min pin. Upstairs Cottage where we had booked is private with a pretty big terrace which doubles as a dining space, and great for watching the start studded night sky! Rooms are also available in the property, which has lot of greenery. Relaxing! Ideal for a beach holiday as the property is only ten minutes walk from the clean, quiet beach. no hawkers or shops here. Pristine sea, hope it stays like this ! Carry your own toiletries. beach towels/mats if you like to spend extended time at the beach as we did. Host is very responsive and we had options of South Indian home cooked lovely food, (appam, stew, rice, curry) as well as North Indian roti, tasty sabzi made by the very helpful energetic Suraj and his wife Vasu. Reasonable charges for food.

Very clean place. Got everything one needs while on vacation with family. I have a 3 year old daughter and the house had every utensils which may be needed for short stay. Will recommend it.

Balajraju's stay is at an excellent location, walking distance from Mylari and Mysore palace. Has good veg and non veg restaurants on both sides. It was also very clean and the caretaker was helpful.
