A quiet neighborhood in the middle of the lower Karpacz, surrounded by meadows with nice visits of roe deer, deer and rabbits. At the same time, it is close to the center (10 minutes on foot). Magnificent views of the Karkonosze and Rudawy mountains. It is a perfect place for dog owners - walking areas with wild meadows just behind our fence. The "Tower" is special, anthroposophy, high energy nature house, with great view to Giant Mountain in Karkonoski Park, Lower Silesia, Poland. The architectural and interior design are based on natural materials from the region. It's great place for solo adventurers or couples that are looking for a quiet place to be alone with their thought, reading, writing, meditating, painting, swiming in the waterfall, listening to music, biking, runing or long walking in the beautiful forest surrounding.

Karkonosz 6 apartment in Karpacz is a cozy studio apartment for two. The 26 sqm apartment includes a living room with a kitchenette and a seating area, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment has a balcony overlooking the nearby forests. The entrance to the staircase is located at the upper parking lot. Guests have access to a public ski room (entrance from the outside with a code, next to the entrance to the staircase). There is a large, free car park located under the building.

Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

The Marszałka 28 apartment is located on the ground floor of a tenement house located in the very center of Jelenia Góra, 300 meters from the Old Town. It consists of a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. Our guests say it is an ideal combination of a base for trips to the Karkonosze, Rudawy Janowickie and Kaczawskie Mountains with the possibility of enjoying the attractions of the center of Jelenia Góra.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
