Holiday rentals with lake access in Kartal

I liked this apartment last year so I stayed again for two months. Spacious, nicely decorated top floor flat with access to the roof terrace. Very quite building in the best location in Balat. Easy, short walk to buses and the ferry station. Everything works in the apartment and the marble Turkish bath is luxurious. I especially like the neighborhood because in the immediate area, near the apartment, normal, local people reside. You can experience Turkish culture instead of being in a tourist area. A few blocks away are restaurant, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. Overall, I highly recommend the apartment, the neighborhood and the host. All are superb!

Fantastic place to stay in Istambul! it's close to everything (restaurant,shop, public communication,fresh juice shop:)..about host I will only tell that during my travels I wish myself to have at least half good host as Can is. I will recommend this place to everyone. I don't even tell that house is clean, wifi is strong and house have all equipment.

It was amazing. The room was tidy and clean, and the view is absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood is lively during the day, but quiet and safe at night. Bulut, the host was very nice, friendly and helpful. He answered really fast, gave us tips, when we were on the terrace, he always gave us food and drinks, and when an earthquake happened, he took care of us and made sure we were okay. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, both the room and Bulut (and his parents) are amazing, we highly recommend staying here.

- Really enjoyed staying in Uskudar, which does not have so many tourists, while providing a wonderful view on all Istanbul and lots of restaurants. Selman's apartment was in my opinion perfectly placed, near to transportations and restaurants, while being perfectly quiet (ofc bring earplugs for the night prayer calls of the mosques, but I think you can't avoid them in all Istanbul). - The apartment itself was completely equipped and worked perfectly for us. - Selman was really proactive in helping us, for the check-in, but also every other day. He gave us useful advice and much more. He was really committed to give us the best possible experience of his city!

We immediately moved to this amazing place just after the earthquake to feel safe and relaxed. everything was amazing! Host and all her family are so nice, kind, interesting, amazing, beautiful people! They showed us forest and nature around, were helping to do fire at nights, even helped us to bring forgotten earrings to the airport when we left the accommodation. Place is super close to SAW airport. the hosts dad can give a lift for a just 10€. House is private. Has everything you may need and even more. We appreciate a lot when hosts cares for little really useful things for guests. That when you book place with kitchen for example you will have a pans, salt, oils, spices, napkins and coffee, tea and so on. So when you arrive you can just relax, It’s hard if you need to do this when traveling for every new accommodation. By the way, if you need shops it’s just 5-10 min to walk from the house. We were really happy to stay there. We would love to come back one day 🙏🏼

Mr. Furkan is a well-intentioned friend. He answered every question with patience, as if he was like a friend I had known for years. Your home was nice and calm. In addition to being calm, the transportation was very convenient. There was only a little slope, but there are already seven hills in most places in Istanbul. Thank you Furkan friend.

The apartment exactly matches the pictures – modernly furnished and with a stunning view of the Bosphorus. The large window fronts make it feel like you're sleeping in the conservatory – really special! Everything was as described, and Harun was super helpful when I didn't get the umbrella on the terrace myself. I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. What not to underestimate: the ascent via the many stairs to the property. It's best to bring a backpack – or a bit of fitness. But after a few days you get used to it, and the view really makes up for it! Overall, a great place with a great view – I'd love to come back!
