The house also features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining area that can accommodate up to ten guests. Our spacious and luxurious property is located in a serene and scenic area, with over 2000 m2 of plot, making it the perfect vacation home. *pool heating season usually between May and October (depending on the weather).

Vista Mare

Cozy 3-person apartment, 4km from Slovenian border, 6 km from Kanegra Beach, 15 km from Piran, 40 km from Trieste. Located in a quiet suburban area, surrounded by a garden and olive grove. From the upper floor, you can see the blue waters of the Gulf of Piran stretching out toward the horizon. The view is especially magical at sunset, when the sky turns orange and pink, reflecting on the surface of the Adriatic Sea. Enjoy an outdoor dining area with a barbecue as well.

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in Kaštel nahe der grenze EU's. Nur wenige minuten entfernt von der sehr bekannten Urlaubsdestination Umag die ihnen zhalreiche Strände aller art anbieten kann und vieles mehr. Das Haus hat einen pool ganz fuer sie allein so wie einen grossen Garten wo sich auch der Grillhaus befindet. Die wohnung ist neu renoviert und hat alles was den Wohnberich , Küche , Badezimmer und die mehreren Schlaffzimmer angeht.
