Our house is located in Kaštelir-Labinci with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and greenery. There is a living room, kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two terraces, a separate space for working on a computer and in front of the house, two parking spaces. In the village itself you can find taverns, wineries, taste homemade olive oil and other Istrian delicacies. The city of Poreč, beaches and the coast are about ten minutes away by car.

Stone house Malia

he house consist of two floors. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The upper floor is connected with the ground floor by wooden stairs. On the ground floor is a kitchen equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, electric stove and coffee machine. Near the kitchen is a dining room and a living room equipped with a sofa and modern TV. A full equipped bathroom (including a waching machine) is also situated on the ground floor.
