Α totally independent part of my apartment with his own entrance, is a beautiful, friendly place. The view from the apartment is magical and it's only 2 km from the center, 1 km from Round Road and only 700 m from the main hospital of the city.

The house is located in Kastria, a village near Kalavryta. The house has one bedroom(double bed), one bathroom and one living room, which has a big kitchen with fridge, oven, coffee machines, tost machine and all cook equipment. Next to the kitchen there is a sofa-bed and two tables, a small and a big. The house has two televisions, WiFi and there are heaters.

Apartment (studio) 32sqm, built in 2017, with a double bed and the possibility of another single folding bed, as well as a playpen (with a small charge).
