Villa holiday rentals in Kato Paphos

The house is spacious with a convenient kitchen. All necessary appliances were available, though the kettle didn't work, so we boiled water in a pot. Everything was clean and in good condition, matching the description. Outside, there's a large pool with plenty of loungers, chairs, balls, inflatable rings, and other items. A nice, spacious outdoor table and a grill area for barbecues are also available. The second floor has three rooms and two bathrooms/showers. The water pressure is weak, especially in the fixed showerhead bathroom, but manageable. Each room and the first floor have air conditioning and fans that worked perfectly. All linens and towels were clean and neat. Wi-Fi is excellent on the first floor but barely reaches the second floor, so consider using mobile internet upstairs. Parking in the yard is narrow, but there's plenty of space in front of the house. The quiet neighborhood makes a car essential for trips to the store and entertainment. We were very satisfied

Just WOW!!! Nice place to be there with family, friend and relatives. Huge space, nice swimming pool and walking to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores etc. Definitely, I will reserve the same Villa in the near future. Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great stay in a peaceful Villa in a pleasant location. Local restaurants and a small supermarket within a 5 minute walk. Paphos centre a 15 minute drive and Coral Bay a 10 minute drive. The Villa is spacious and has all the amenities for self catering. Large deep pool and which gets the sun all day. Alexia responded to our enquiries promptly. We will happily return again in the future.

This villa was lovely,even more so than the photos spacious ,clean just lovely,the pool was a lovely size ! We had a fabulous time ! Pradeep was the perfect host ,always answered any questions,very helpful,we also had a late flight so all the shops were closed but Pradeep had left us some milk,bread etc just a lovely touch ! The area itself is beautiful very peaceful,private ! Lovely villa Lovely host !!!

This is a great Villa. Spacious, relaxing and comfortable. The view towards the sea is peaceful and the ariel display of swallows feeding their young at this time of year was memorable. Keith is the most responsive host I have experienced on Airbnb. Any questions were answered within a matter of moments. I would not hesitate to recommend the villa or Keith as a host. Thank you.

A beautiful villa on a mountain, with a few neighbours. Very spacious and clean. The view is breathtaking. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning, when needed was very adequate. I’d say you do need a car to get to the shops, bars & restaurants. It’s a beautiful area not far (in a car) from Coral beach with the great selection of restaurants and little beach shops. There’s even goats behind the villa living on the mountain side. Incredible!! A perfect place to relax and unwind. Definitely recommend

Beautiful lovely new place!!!We did feel too exposed to the street on the side of the house anyone can walk in. You need a gate. Also the neighbours can see everything we do as its not surrounded by a fence. we had a lovely stay....thank you!

We were a group of four siblings, each with kids (including toddlers and teenagers) and the complex of houses was the perfect fit for us. I highly recommend getting all 5 small houses together for a large group. This place is great for a quiet and peaceful stay off the beaten track, in the beautiful mountains of Cyprus.

Sarah and Jeremy’s place is absolutely amazing. So peaceful overlooking the cliffside onto the Mediterranean Sea. The place is HUGE with ample space for just the two of us but even if there was 6, the 4 bathrooms and huge lounge, diner and kitchen provides a large relaxing area to enjoy your holiday in. We were greeted with all of the essentials including butter, milk, jams, beer, wine, bread, crisps, fruit juice and loads more. Such a lovely touch. There was also lots of standard cooking ingredients as well like spices and oils which was very handy. The place was spotless. The pool area is also huge with lots of seating areas. There was everything we needed to know in a list which was super handy. Tala is just around the corner where there is many restaurants and bars to choose from. I would recommend staying at Cliffside Villa to anyone and plan to return on our next trip to Paphos!

David was a fantastic host. It felt like nothing was too much trouble. Always on hand when we had questions and quick to respond. The Villa is beautiful and it would be hard to beat the view from the terrace/pool area! Stunning! Would not hesitate to book this villa again in the future. If you're a Brit visiting Cyprus for the first time, hire a car as they drive on the same side as us, so it was really easy to get around. Also plug sockets are the same, so no need for adaptors!

The Villa itself it stunning. Huge with plenty of space for 9 of us. Pool is beautiful and location is fab. It’s on a popular dog walking path so there are lots of comings and goings around the villa but it wasn’t intrusive. Dave was helpful, quickly sending an electrician to sort out the hot water (hot water takes ages to come through for showers etc) and maintenance arrived as scheduled to look after the pool and garden. We went to Spilies which is a 5 min walk away twice and also ate Yiolos which is also an easy walk away. Both great. A few minor niggles (rain water shower heads weren’t working) but all in all a great villa for our week long stay.

An amazing house with everything you could possibly need, from kitchen utensils, outdoor kitchen, beautiful quality bedding, lots of towels and toiletries, there is nothing missing. Great selection of toys and books for all ages. We travelled with two toddlers and a baby and everything was available before we arrived, including all equipment needed and lots of fresh fruit, bread, milk etc. The kids loved the heated swimming pool. The house is spotless and very well maintained. A fantastic villa made only better by the fabulous host, Cristina. Cristina could not have been more helpful for anything we needed, she was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Cristina made excellent recommendations for restaurants and advised of local sights and things to do. A car is needed but the villa views and surrounding area are beautiful and it is perfect for relaxation. I would really highly recommend Cristina’s place and I hope to stay again!

The house and the location were sensational. Andreas and Tina are really warm and responsive and gave us a ton of good recommendations. They even left some groceries and wine for us and were interesting to chat with. The house is great! Big rooms, very very clean (and we love a clean bathroom!). Each room has an en-suite bathroom which makes sharing easy. The kitchen is well-set and the tv has Netflix which made the kids happy. The pool is big and the super nice views are quite pretty. And it’s like 3 min from great beaches and restaurants!

We were 7 couples and we really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The location is great - close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. The villa has a lot of space. George was very responsive and kind. On the last day our flight was at the evening and George allowed us to checkout really late.

Absolutely beautiful setting. We had a lovely 2 weeks at the villa with our own gardens, pool and right beside the sea. Glorious sunsets every night as we sat outside eating dinner. Air conditioning worked wonderfully (thank goodness) and all required amenities were there to be used. Only downside was the walk to the bus stop. Not far in UK weather but challenging for us in the Cyprus summer heat. All in all though, a magical holiday was had by everyone and we would love to come again.

We had an amazing experience during our stay at Villa Boyd. As a family, with young children, we found the space to be perfect for our needs Everything was truly exceptional and exceeded all of our expectations. The place was clean and well-maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The attention to detail and commitment to providing a welcoming environment were evident in every aspect of our stay. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was clean and inviting. Even in the evenings, the water was at a pleasant temperature for swimming. The helpful recommendations and quick responses to any questions made us feel truly cared for and valued as guests. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a truly exceptional stay.

An amazing week in Ute’s place. Spacious villa, clean and well equipped. The pool was amazing too. A good location, approx 20 minute walk to ‘the strip’ where there are some great restaurants and bars. Cant wait to visit again!

Great place to stay, quite literally a 30 second walk to the beach from the garden (if that), well placed within a reasonable distance to most amenities and exploration spots! Kitchen could have done with slightly more utensil and but we otherwise survived! Would happily come back.

We had a nice, relaxing holiday in the house. Enough space for up to 4 people. Bedroom1 to the pool with double bed 1.80 m, to the back two 90 cm beds. Hardly any blackout, only curtains. Cabinet walls with much space. Bed linen and towels sufficiently available. Kitchen open to the living room, everything important available, a little little cutlery, unfortunately no coffee maker only FrenchPress & espresso cooker. Bathroom good, water pressure due to house water work good, temperature ok. Well-functioning and fast WiFi everywhere. Outlet adapter from English to Schuko abundant. Garden around pool beautifully landscaped, hard to see, you have your peace and quiet. Some nice cats. Pool nice big, up to 2m deep and clean, Savvas takes care of it almost every morning. Peaceful location, great view over Pafos. Parking hassle-free. Plenty of good restaurants about 2 km away in Tala, too far to walk there with a lot of incline Large supermarkets in Pafos. All in all, we can highly recommend the house.
