The studio was fully renovated in June 2018. It has all the latest amenities, it's cosy, big, comfortable and has beautiful style. Brand new bathroom and toilet. The kitchen has everything you need like hobs, mini oven, cookery essentials. It's very close to many hotels in Kato Paphos and to many archeological museums. Private parking is just outside of entrance door. Huge supermarket is opposite from the apartment.3 minutes walking to the sea and 8 minutes walk to the old harbor and old castle!

A lovely Apartment in the heart of Kato Paphos. Fully equipped, with balcony and view. Central location ,close to all necessary amenities for a convenience stay. Bakery, coffee shops, supermarket, restaurants ,pharmacy is all next to the apartment. Also Mall of Paphos is a walking distance from there Harbour and archeological monuments is also opposite No need for car as the central station of busses to anywhere in Paphos is just a few meters away. Bus stop just outside of the building

A one bedroom first floor apartment with a poolside balcony and a very private covered terrace situated just a few minutes walk to the seafront and main beach in kato paphos. The apartment is in a small gated complex with a large variety of restaurants, tavernas, bars and shops within a stones throw away. From the apartment the harbour area is an easy 15-20 minute stroll away either along the picturesque coastal path or Poseidonos Avenue passing shops, restaurants and tavernas along the way.
