Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Katowice

Perfect place for staying near this region.

The apartment is very nice, you even get your own parking space. The equipment is good, there is everything you need. In the apartment, there is also a small balcony overlooking the street. In addition, there is a shop next to the apartment, which is open 7 days a week, it can easily be reached with a 2-minute walk. From the apartment, larger cities such as Chozow or Katowice can be easily reached by car within 20-30 minutes. The communication with the host is great, the arrangements went smoothly and the accessibility was good. All in all a very good apartment and really recommended. :)

I used it for 3 months during my business trip. It is easy to use nearby transportation, and you can walk to the shopping mall and Stoltoni in 5 minutes. In the Czech Republic, shops generally close after 8 pm, so it is difficult for people who leave late to work. There are many bars where you can eat and drink even after 9 o'clock. Even in cold February, the interior was very warm, and the ventilation part was very good, so it was nice to maintain a pleasant interior. The landlord also appreciated the warm response and friendly instructions.

Easy check in. No problem with parking , 15 min by foot to the city center. Very nice park by the river just next to the apartment. Everything was nice and clean. No problems with contacting the owner. Thank you Ewa 😊

We had a great time there. The place was clean and tidy. The host was very welcoming and kind.

My mom and I stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed our time. The apartment is very well equipped and exactly as described. The two bedrooms are completely separate (which is not always the case in many places!) and everything was spotlessly clean. We felt at home right away. Communication with Bedřich was easy and friendly – he responded quickly, explained everything in detail, and check-in was super smooth. We arrived by car and always found a parking space nearby without any problems. There’s a supermarket within walking distance, and the tram stop is also very close – just three stops to the city centre. I would absolutely recommend this apartment if you’re looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay!

We were very satisfied with the accommodation, nice communication. If we are in Ostrava in the future, we will be happy to stop by again.

Great place to stay for visiting the area. It is located just outside the old town and within walking distance of all major sites. Just down the street is a lovely farmers market. I would stay here again!
