Het zonnige sfeervolle 1-kamerappartement ligt aan de rand van een rustige woonwijk, tegen de duinen bij Katwijk aan Zee. Met 5 minuten lopen ben je in de duinen. Slechts 12 minuten lopen naar het strand, de boulevard en het winkelcentrum. Met 4 minuten GRATIS fietsen ben je al bij de Space Expo/de Estec. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein.

Summer cottage in Katwijk aan Zee

Small summer house within walking distance to the city center, beach and public transportation! WiFi, kitchen linen, towels and bed linen are also provided. Dish soap, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, tea, hand soap and toilet paper are also standard in the cottage. Other Things to Note The private terrace of the cottage is adjacent to our garden, which we also use in the summer. Pets are not welcome, smoking inside the house is not allowed, outside in the garden this is no problem.

Within a radius of 50 km are cities such as Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. Or visit the Keukenhof (20 min) or Soldaat van Oranje (10 min).

This Huisje aan Zee was completely newly built in 2018 and equipped with underfloor heating and perfectly insulated. So you can stay here in the summer but also certainly in the winter. It has its own entrance and a small place where you can sit outside. The cottage is right behind the boulevard, so you are around the corner from the beach, the sea and the dunes! The center of Katwijk is a 500-meter walk.

A Tiny House in the center of Katwijk, who wouldn't want that! Within walking distance of beach, dunes, shops and restaurants. So whether you want to cycle along the coast, shop, relax on the beach or walk through the dunes, you can do it all here. With public transportation, you'll be in Leiden in a short time, and The Hague and Amsterdam are also easy to reach due to the excellent connections.

Close to the sea

Just get away from it all in this soothing, centrally located accommodation. Within a 3-minute walk you are at the beach, city center and dunes. The cottage is cozy and charming and equipped with many comforts. You can park for free in the nearby parking lot, unfortunately this is not possible in the street. Information about where to park will be provided by the host!
