This summer cottage is located in the Koningin Emmastraat in Katwijk aan Zee, ideally located within walking distance of the shopping centre, beach and sea! Please note: this is a summer house, a summer house is a small cottage behind the house. Total area is 25m2. The shower and toilet are one room, so after showering the toilet is wet, but this dries within half an hour. Everything else is available: Gas stove, fridge, extractor hood, cutlery, plates, cups, pans, etc. Wifi, TV etc. 2 bicycles available free of charge!

Beautiful sunny house with a lovely garden. Close to the beach and very located for visiting cities like Amsterdam, Leiden, and Utrecht! Near Schiphol Airport. The beach, the charming village of Katwijk aan Zee, and the city of Leiden are all easy to reach as well as the musical Soldaat van Oranje. We have three cats, and we kindly ask if you like cats and would be willing to feed them. Above the shed, there is a resident living in an apartment. They are allowed to walk through the garden.
