Nieuwe studio, geheel van u! Dichtbij soldaat van oranje. De winkels en restaurant vind u om de hoek en fietsenwinkel voor het huren van fietsen vind u bij ons in de straat. Het strand is maar 5 min met de auto van u vandaan. De studio beschikt over een keuken, douche, toilet en een 2 persoons boxspring. Knus maar fijn! Voor de garage is een klein zitje waar u buiten kunt zitten. De studio is helaas niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. De studio bevind zich boven onze garage.

The summer house has 2 * air conditioning, WIFI, TV, a kitchen, washer/dryer, bathroom with shower. Through a steep staircase you can reach the bedroom with double bed (1.60 by 2.00), also with air conditioning and a sink. Towels and bedding are included. Free parking is within walking distance.

VREUGD AAN ZEE is a completely new, stylish and fully furnished guest house. Located in a quiet street behind our own house with private entrance and separate patio. Your accommodation is within walking distance (500m) of beach dunes and center of Katwijk. On the ground floor there is a living room with interactive TV, and free WiFi. Bathroom with shower toilet and sink and a fully equipped kitchen. The upper floor with spacious bedroom with 2-person bed 180/200m and spacious walk-in closet.

Small summer house within walking distance to the city center, beach and public transportation! WiFi, kitchen linen, towels and bed linen are also provided. Dish soap, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, tea, hand soap and toilet paper are also standard in the cottage. Other Things to Note The private terrace of the cottage is adjacent to our garden, which we also use in the summer. Pets are not welcome, smoking in the house is not allowed, outside in the garden this is not a problem

Welkom in onze recent (juli 2025) verbouwde Studio met een prachtige nieuwe Hotel Chique badkamer! Studio Drees; de perfecte combinatie van luxe en privacy. Het zonnige sfeervolle 1-kamerappartement ligt aan de rand van een rustige woonwijk, tegen de duinen bij Katwijk aan Zee. Met 5 minuten lopen ben je in de duinen. Slechts 12 minuten lopen naar het strand, de boulevard en het winkelcentrum. Met 4 minuten gratis fietsen ben je al bij de Space Expo/de Estec.

Cottage by the Sea

This Huisje aan Zee was completely newly built in 2018 and equipped with underfloor heating and perfectly insulated. So you can stay here in the summer but also certainly in the winter. It has its own entrance and a small place where you can sit outside. The cottage is right behind the boulevard, so you are around the corner from the beach, the sea and the dunes! The center of Katwijk is a 500-meter walk.

Close to the sea

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Within 3 minutes walking distance you are at the beach, center and dunes. The cottage is cozy and cozy and equipped with many comforts. You can park for free in the nearby parking lot, unfortunately this is not possible in the street. Information on where to park, you will receive through the host!
