Enjoy your Kauai beach getaway in Kapaa Sands 1 located right on the ocean. This property has been in our family for 50 years and it is our home away from home. It offers a quiet garden and pool and is within walking distance of dining, shopping, and activities. Many guests return year after year to the unique property. It was built on the site of a former Shinto Shrine and consists of 24 units with the majority being studios. This unit is a 2 bedroom with 1.5 bathrooms.
