Little house “Healthy House” - made for romantics, restful rest, comfort and privacy. “Healthy House” is located in a picturesque, remote location, on the shore of the Elektrėnai Lagoon, where you can enjoy nature, peace and quiet. The lodge with large windows and open spaces that integrate into the natural environment. Spacious terrace where you can meet the sun while having breakfast and enjoy the delights of a Finnish sauna and hot tub in the evening under the stars.

Fairytale house for two

A cabin for two with an view of the lake and a private terrace. The east promises to be sunny here, a few steps away from active lounges, swings. And you reach the lake by choosing the most direct path. Additional services available according to the possibilities: sauna and/or hot tub. The lodge is located in the Villa Om complex, there is another building nearby as well as a shared bank and a mandate that is used by other villa guests as well.

'Forest Holiday' Unique cabin next to the lake

There are total three lake front Cabins in our area. Pond Cabin is located 15meters from pond and 50 meters from lake and is surrounded by forest. Cabin comes with all necessary amenities. You can also enjoy charcoal grill, canoe, sound system, water trampoline at no extra costs. You only have to bring wood or charcoal for bbq. Music can be played outdoors until 22pm. We also offer jacuzzi hot tub 80€ and sauna for 100€ Nearest shop is 2km away.

Country house is near "Paezeriu lake" in Patunkiskiai village. From "Villa Ievyne" to - Vilkaviskis town is about 5km - Marijampole town is about 25km - Kaunas city is about 75km. From Poland border is about 50km - Russia border is about 20km. In "Villa Ievyne" we offer for you Canoeing, bicycle, football area, basketball area, kid's playground, sauna, fishing in lake and the pond.
