Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kavarna

Vera was a great host and helped us with everything we needed, would definitely stay here again if needed accomodation for a larger group.

Ivan's house is an amazing place in a quiet street in Shabla with gorgeous garden and at a great location. All the utilities were listed, the place was very clean and every room had a spare pair of sheets. Ivan was super responsive before, during and after our stay. The house is big and spacious, and had parking spots in the front. Super grateful for the welcoming stay and will visit again for sure

Wir - als vierköpfige Familie mit zwei kleinen Töchtern - haben uns in der Villa Sophia sehr wohl gefühlt ! Die Kommunikation mit Sophia und ihrer Mutter lief wunderbar. Alles war wie beschrieben und die Aussicht und die Lage waren super. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders schön war die Laufnähe zum wunderschönen Pasha Dere Strand mit dem Forest Beach Lokal. Wir haben gut geschlafen und die Abgeschiedenheit und Privatsphäre haben uns sehr gut gefallen! Wir können es sehr empfehlen für Urlauber, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit suchen und dennoch in Strand-und Stadtnähe sein wollen.

Πολύ ωραίο σπίτι , με ιδιωτικότητα, ηρεμία , ωραίοι χώροι , η πισίνα πεντακάθαρη και ιδιωτική. Το σπίτι μέσα είχε ότι χρειαζοσουν δεν χρειάστηκε να αγοράσουμε κάτι έξτρα . δεν βγήκαμε αρκετά βραδιά έξω γιατί αυτή η βεράντα είναι ότι καλύτερο!!! Η οικοδέσποινα πολύ φιλική μας εξυπηρέτησε με το παραπάνω και δεν μας ενόχλησε κανένας κατά τη διαμονή μας . είναι ιδανικό για όσους θέλουν ηρεμία και ιδιωτικότητα , σε έναν πανέμορφο καταπράσινο περιβάλλον. 10/10

During our Easter mini holiday, Mike's place was the perfect spot for us. Situated in a green quiet area, only the birds you could hear around :) Pretty close to Kavarna, Balchik, Bolata Bay and other beautiful sourroundings, Mike's place is very privat, quiet, green, friendly & very well equiped - exactly what we were looking for when we run away from the city :) Mike is a great host, he gave us all the support we needed from arrival till guidance. The communication was great all the time, very responsive. We especialy loved spending the time in the garden : lovely during the spring. Totally recommended ! Thank you, Mike !

Vi var en gjeng som leide huset til Boris i forbindelse med en golfferie, og der lå perfekt til med fin avstand til Thracian Cliffs, Lighthouse og Blacksea Rama-banene. Boris var også behjelpelig med å fikse sjåfør som fikset transport til og fra flyplass, golf og dagligvare. Fantastisk utsikt og et flott hus. Kan absolutt anbefales!!

Incredible area, fresh air, great villa. It felt very private and secluded. The villa has everything you will need to cook a delicious dinner and enjoy it outside. Bear in mind that the weather is significantly different than the one you might experience at the beach / in the city (we loved the contrast). Might be a good idea to pack a hoodie. I'd definitely book again!

We rented the villa for our wedding and host my husband’s family who came from abroad. Everyone had a great time and felt very comfortable. With the host’s permission we also hosted the ‘picking up of the bride’ by the groom in the traditional Bulgarian style where friends and family came to witness this. We really loved our stay and the hospitality. Out questions were always answered and we felt very comfortable. Will stay here again for sure!

Апартаменты вполне соответствуют соотношению цена/качество. Получилось весьма бюджетно на две недели. Елена предложила организовать трансфер. Обошелся в 30 лев. Когда уезжали взяли такси до аэропорта, обошлось в 22 лева (такси Триумф). Думаю, это оптимальный вариант, т.к. при первой поездке к апартаментам велик риск долго плутать по местным улочкам в поисках верного адреса. Проход к морю немного отличался от моих ожиданий, которые сформировались у меня после поиска места на карте (ориентир La Mer Apartcomplex), т.к. на пути наикратчайшего расстояния находится забор и нужно идти немного в обход. С ребёнком шли минут 10, включая спуск по 160 ступенькам. У ближайшего пляжа есть и плюсы и минусы, он дикий, нет лежаков и спасателей, в воде много камней. Но зато мало народу, близко, чисто. Внутри всё необходимое есть: посуда, полотенца, постельное бельё, диван раскладывается (можно спать вдвоём), есть две отдельные односпальные кровати (на одной матрас был в центре сильно пролёжанный), плюс ещё для ребёнка дали детскую кроватку. Также есть стиральная машина, плита, холодильник, чайник, телевизор, кондиционер, отличный Wi-Fi, бойлер. Не хватает разве что микроволновки для полного счастья. Ночью могут налететь комары, лучше использовать средства от комаров (хозяйка предоставила). Бассейном за домом не пользовались: вроде как не постоянным жильцам и нельзя и ротавирусом пугают. Всё время тихо, никакой шум спать не мешает. Удобная лоджия с видом на сад, уже во второй половине дня и даже раньше она находится в тени и можно там и читать, и есть и играть детям. В целом жильём довольны.

Wow. This apartament is gorgeous. It literally has everything you could possibly need. The host prepared the place like it was a five star hotel. Everything was perfect. The bed was prepared and ready for the third person. Could not recomment this place more.

Excellent séjour chez Yoanna et Aleksandar . Nos Hôtes ont été très réactifs en amont du voyage et très sympathiques dans les échanges. L’appartement est proche des transports en commun, de petites alimentations et d’un supermarché. Et aussi d’un très bon petit restaurant, chez Candels, que nous vous recommandons vivement. L’appartement est décoré avec soin et ultra confortable. Rien ne manque et nos hôtes veillent à notre confort dans les moindres petits détails. Ce qui est fort agréable. La literie est parfaite aussi . Encore merci pour tout🙏🏻

Awesome spot in a location which is perfect if you are using a car. The appartment has underground parking, which was super convenient. The host was super friendly and responsive, easy check in and check out process. The building is new ans the apartment is perfect and what you need for a few days stay, I absolutely recommend!

Die Wohnung liegt optimal für Patienten der Dentaprime Zahnklinik. Ich habe mich sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Ein Tipp: Geschirrtücher haben mir gefehlt, um meinen Abwasch abtrocknen zu können. Ich komme gerne wieder

Нам очень понравилась квартира. Внутри было все необходимое для проживания. Расположение квартиры очень удобное, все локации которые мы хотели посмотреть были рядом. Парковка очень удобное. Спасибо хозяевам за все. Всем рекомендую.

The house is incredibly clean, and nothing is missing 🫶🏼 it feels home and have the small things like pencils on the desk and tiny details that make it feel cozy 😊 and Stanka is very responsive and helpful with info about the city 🙏❤️

The place is nice, with all you need and has a beautiful view. Everything was good, except by a problem with the door lock, probabily was our bad luck, but we felt good.

Apartment was nice, clean and as advertised. Prime location, right next to the main street, a farmers market and with view of the cathedral. Ivaylo was a great host, very quick to respond to questions and requests. I would certainly love to stay there again.
