The area around the house is a safe, parking fee-free zone. The hospital is 6 minutes on foot, but the city center is easily accessible on foot, comfortably 15 minutes. It gives me great pleasure to welcome visitors from abroad and guiding them during their stay in this beautiful city. I tolk well English, and I work as tourist quide.

On the ground floor: living room with open kitchen, dining table and a sofa which opens into a double bed. The bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and a washing machine. The bedroom with a double bed is on the first floor. There is a (gas) fireplace, an air-conditioning and floor heating in the house. Tourist tax: 300 HUF/day/person (must be payed upon arrival)

The Villa is mediterran style, located in a nature reserve area. The Fáy Prés House Restaurant is 150 meters from the villa, 3 km from Hungaroring race track. View of Budapest and the mountains, which is beautiful day and night. The house has a 10-meter long swimming pool. Barbecue facilities are available in the garden. Own parking for 4 cars in the yard of the house. Horse riding and fishing are also nearby. The nearest supermarket and gas station are 1 km away.

Perfect location: quiet neighborhood, on the bank of the Tisza river, Aquapolis waterpark and thermal spa 5 minutes walk, city center 15-20 minutes walk. New, well-designed guesthouse of the family villa. Central floor heating and cooling. Ideal to 3 adults or 2 adult and 2 smaller kids (1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed). Paying parking in front of the house on the street (Monday-Friday, 230 HUF/hour, 1.380 HUF/day). In the nearby Illés Hotel: - breakfast 9 EUR

The boarding house is located in a small village next to the Tisa River. There is one double and one triple room with one bathroom, as well as the possibility of using the kitchen. The entire property is furnished in an authentic style of a rural ambience. Two terraces for rest and socializing and a large courtyard. It has the ability to accommodate pets. Kanjiža Spa is 7 km away. There's no permanent crew, just as needed. Breakfast is not offered.

I offer my guests my real Tiny house with keyless access. It is also suitable for a home office in an air-conditioned living room sitting at the desk you can see nature through a huge reflex glass. The house is self-designed and made. There are three bicycles, they can be used for a separate fee. All are in excellent condition and include a mobile phone holder, puncture repair, lights and pump.
