Enjoy your holiday by the forest and beach in our charming Alsian summer residence from 1924 at Mommark. There is a large kitchen-living room, fully equipped and a large living room with space for coziness by the fireplace, in front of the TV, a game, or a book. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 nice bathrooms. The forest frames the garden on both sides, and there is a sea view. We have sun loungers, hammocks, garden furniture, and a fireplace. There is WiFi, Chromecast, high chair, weekend bed, bathtub, toys, etc.

Nice, large summer house with indoor sauna and an activity room. The holiday home is 150 m² and was built in 2020. The holiday home is located on a 1260 m² garden plot. It is 1000 meters to the sea and lovely beach. The nearest shop is located at a distance of 2500 m. The price is excl. electricity and water consumption. Electricity price: DKK 5 per kWh. Price for water: DKK 90 per m3 The house is fully heated with underfloor heating. No rental to youth groups, where everyone is 15-25 years old.
