It is located within walking distance from all major city sites and turist attractions. Lake Palic is only 6 kilometers(3.5 mi.)away, with easily accessible motorway connection. A lovely footy house in Gemenc, hidden in the floodplain of the Danube. I punched it myself, paying attention to making most of the materials, accessories refurbished. You will live among old but charming stuff with a beautiful view of the river. There are a lot of toys (trampoline, slackline, swing, slide, ring) around the house, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area and hammocks under the walnut tree. There is a cultured compost toilet with almost zero maintenance. Private waterfront with boat.

The apartment is located in the city center of Szeged. It is on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator. The apartment has 1 bedroom, 2 beds (can be pushed together if needed), I can provide a cot if needed. Parking is available in front of the house on the street, on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. for a fee. The accommodation is a 2-minute walk from Széchenyi Square, in the neighborhood of Anna Bath. Downtown shops, restaurants, nightclubs, confectioneries are within walking distance.

The house is near the main station. Separate building 1.5 Km from the city center. 20 minutes walk. Public transport in front of the building. The apartment is equipped with a premium category air conditioning system. Separate entrance bedrooms 3 pcs, in the living room there is a double sofa. The covered terrace belongs to the apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped. There's wifi. You don't have to pay for parking. The parking lot is in front of the house, equipped with a camera.
