Our self contained studio flat is perfect for a warm and cosy escape with no WiFi or TV, for a single person or a couple. A child bed/cot available on request. Situated in an historic building in one of the oldest parts of central Kendal, it has 4 large south facing windows and a side view to the beautiful parish church. We have decorated it to a high standard giving compact, comfortable accommodation. The living/sleeping space has one double bed. Sorry! it is not suitable for pets.

Situated on the coast to coast route, Shap has many amenities and is a fantastic base to explore the lakes.

Private parking 1 car driveway. Walking times to: Kendal centre 10 min. Supermarkets 5 min. Kendal train station 6 mins. (Direct trains to Manchester Airport, Windermere and Oxenholme) . Situated alongside our home in the Lake District National Park, we have a 4 berth static caravan. The caravan itself is modern, clean and well equipped. The location is an excellent base for the South Lakes (Kendal/Windermere), Ideally with your own transport as we are located in the countryside although it is on a regular bus route. No pets.
