Mindy’s place was exactly as described - clean, nice, and easy check-in. She even customized a welcome sign in the house for us. We accidentally left some items behind and she was very gracious about it and communicated quickly. We would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely lovely condo. It was very clean and comfortable to hang out in. Beautifully renovated with lots of thoughtful details. We loved walking across the street for ice cream and playing on the xbox. There are tons of things to do close by. Would absolutely stay again!

we had a great weekend at Delfin's place. There were 8 of us (4 couples) and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was easy to walk to restaurants and the weekend was beautiful. We were so busy all weekend that we never had a chance to use the karaoke machine. Thank you!

We had a great weekend at this cute apartment. We had a little trouble with check in but Tom responded to my message right away and we got it all taken care of. The alley way to the building is very dirty and smells of urine. We did not notice the street noise like others had commented about. I will stay here again if visiting Grand Rapids again. Thank you Tom.

Luke's home in GR is a great find. it has recently been rehabbed in a retro building and is a close walk to great restaurants and event spaces.

Tom was an excellent host. The space is great and the location is even better. Will be staying again without hesitation.

Mitten's property was perfect for our needs. The rooms were quite spacious and very comfortable. One of the units has a very large kitchen island which was great for entertaining guests from both units. We were traveling with a 4 month old, so the washer and dryer were extremely helpful. Each unit has a two car garage. I would highly recommend this property!!!

Great place! Almost new house, plenty of space and clean uncluttered space. Quiet part of town but still close to plenty of shopping etc just up the street. Walkable and quiet neighborhood. Will definitely return.

Great location and just what we were looking for!

Probably one of the best Air bnbs I’ve stayed in so far. It’s so spacious and beautiful on the inside! I love the bunk beds with the trundle. I also love there are TVs in all rooms!

It was magical fun for the “Christmas Princess Retreat” we created for our three young granddaughters. The unit was very spacious for them (& 4 adults) to move about, play and do many Princess activities! We did some baking and enjoyed many home cooked meals together quite comfortably. The 8th floor was fun to explore with the game rooms, library and vending machines. This was so much better than staying in a hotel! The unit was clean and spacious. I worried about finding the parking spots and our unit after reading one review, but all the needed info was provided one hour before check-in with a description and pictures. Well done! A cart was provided at our request for hauling two vehicles full of stuff up to the 11th floor. Every one of our questions received a quick response. The code to open our unit door didn’t work at first, but via an immediate text, we received a new code that did! We had a lovely stay, one our granddaughters will talk about for years to come. We do recommend!

We came up for a ski trip in Cannonsburg. This was a wonderful stay for our group. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We loved that the upstairs balcony overlooked the downstairs and we loved playing games on the poker table.

Nice spot to stay at. Wish the bed and pillows were comfier but I could have brought my own pillow.

While all of us are local to the Grand Rapids area, our stay at the Castle was a 2024 Christmas present to spend time together with family. We booked two 2 bedroom/2 bathroom units which were across the hall from each other. We were on the 11th floor of one of the towers and had a beautiful view to the west for sunsets and east for sunrises. Both units were well furnished, clean, with everything and more than we needed. The arcade room and library with a large table are great for hanging out and playing games. Communication about check in, amenities, building/room codes, parking, check out, etc was very clear and prompt. We asked for an hour late check out due to the time change and that was accommodated - thank you!! The Castle is very close to downtown Grand Rapids for all that our great city has to offer. Shoutout to Florentines for our great pizza dinner on Friday night.
