It is modern and functional throughout. Up to 10 people can comfortably sleep in the house with additional people in our glamping tents if required (summer only!). We have everything you need and more for a peaceful family holiday or get together with friends/family!

Close to Margate, Broadstairs & Whitstable your location couldn’t be better. A comfortable sitting/dining area with TV (Access to Amazon, Netflix, BBC IPlayer ITV Hub) bedroom, shower room & area with microwave, toaster, kettle, mini fridge (for milk) & patio area.

You can be in the sea in seconds. 5 mins from Channel Tunnel Terminal 15 mins from Dover Port Off road parking for ease of access.

Our holiday home is a five bedroom self contained chalet bungalow by the beach with sea views. The house contains 3 x King bedrooms, 2 x double bedroom, open plan kitchen / living / dining, separate snug/TV area with sofa bed, 2 x shower rooms, a bathroom & utility. There is a large private garden & parking for 4 cars. The house is in the quiet private Granville Estate in Seasalter. We are approx 30 mins walk, 5 mins drive from central Whitstable & 30mins walk to the Sportsman.

Clifftop Beachfront Modernist House with Sea Views

Panoramic sea views can be enjoyed via floor to ceiling glass windows and from the terraces/ roof garden. The property is situated on the calm south side of Broadstairs, close to George VI park and Dumpton Gap beach. It is well equipped with high end finishes throughout, including a Bulthaup kitchen / Gaggenau ovens. There is a real sense of calm throughout the property and a strong connection to its environment to relax and enjoy.
