Pls take off shoes!! Lock door coming in and going out. Press the lock button when going out! The room is located on the top floor in a four split house. The bathroom is located in front of the room and it’s all yours to use. I have my own, and another full bathroom downstairs being used by my renter who is occupying the room downstairs. It is close to bus stop that will take you to C-train. Airport is 20 minutes drive. You can access the full kitchen and the living room. There’s Netflix.

This room is located in a private home on an acreage, 3 minutes from the Calgary city limits, 15 minutes from the Calgary airport. We have a beautiful mountain view in a spacious home backing on to a wildlife reserve pond. We are close to all amenities and about 10 minutes to Cross Iron Mills, half an hour from downtown Calgary, 10 minutes from Saddleridge LRT Station.

Clean, Cozy, Beautifully decorated bedroom on main floor. Private washroom, heated tiles to keep your feet warm, with shower. Comfortable queen size bed. TV included, no cable capabilities, does however have Netflix and other apps. Central AC in the summer to keep cool. Located in a quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood that is surrounded by beautiful walking paths, long walks along the canal and backs onto the golf course.
