Vacation home in Moelan-sur-Mer

Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance of a hamlet. The bay windows give access to the terrace and the small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the courtyard. We live in the adjoining house, without a view, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the cottage. Charming little house near the beaches

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Ideal for a couple, come and enjoy the fresh air and discover the region with its beaches and ports, rivers and estuaries, hiking trails by the sea (GR34) and in the forest.

Quiet studio close to the sea

Our studio is located in Moëlan-sur-Mer in a quiet environment with a beautiful outdoor space. The sea and the small fishing port of Brigneau are 400 m on foot and the sandy beaches are a 5-minute drive. Many hikes are possible from the rental: GR 34 and beautiful coastal trails. 5 minutes from all amenities by car, and 15 minutes from Pont-Aven (City of Painters); 30 minutes from Lorient (Interceltic Festival) and 30 minutes from Concarneau and its walled town.

T1 sea view and immediate beach access

Duplex studio located on the 3rd floor with terrace and sea view (mouth of the Aven and Belon rivers), you will only have to cross the road to reach Kerfany beach. Ideal for couples and 2 children max. Kayak rental, sailing school, playground, start of the GR34 trail on site. Shops 2 km away, close to Pont-Aven (city of painters), Concarneau (walled city) or Lorient (city of sailing). Non-smoking, no pets, access by stairs. Provide linens and towels.

" La Petite Maison" with sea views

"La Petite Maison" is located in the heart of the small fishing port of Brigneau. This house used to accommodate the workers who came to work at the adjoining factory to box the sardines. Full of charm it's a great spot for cocooning. The coastal trail passes in front of the house and takes you for a walk on the customs trail. Concarneau and its gated town, Pont Aven and its galleries or even the beaches of characters are very close.

Apartment in the town center between the sea and the forest

Single-story apartment. In the center of Moëlan-sur-Mer, close to all amenities (restaurants, cinema, supermarket, bakery, etc.). Easy parking with free parking nearby. Kerfany, Pouldu beaches or the Carnoët state forest, the Belon River are close by by car. Access to the apartment is from a private patio. Pillowcases, pillows, sheets, and duvets provided, as well as towels and tea towels. Beds will be made before you check in.
