This large house has been completely renovated since July 2023 and is perfectly equipped to accommodate a family of 4. A comfortable living room with a TV (orange decoder) and very high speed FIBER, games for children and all the modern comforts of an equipped kitchen. Large king size bed. Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.
