Charming little house near the beaches

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

The accommodation is located on the 2nd and top floor of a small residence of four apartments WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. It consists of a living room opening onto a balcony overlooking the bay, and a large bedroom with a bed of 140 x 190 cm. Wifi and connected TV. Occupancy capacity for up to 2 people. In the heart of the village, you can do anything on foot. Parking in small private yard. Self check-in with lockbox. Book with my favorite places and places.

Le Moulin de Kérangoc: Moulin du XIXème.

Located on the ground floor of an old mill, 10 minutes from the ocean, the cottage includes a bedroom with bathroom, separate toilet and living kitchen with stone fireplace. It can accommodate 2 to 3 people. In a wooded environment you will have access to the mill orchard and the river (Le Moros) that runs along the property. Quietly, you can observe many birds: herons, piverts, owls. And with a bit of luck, you'll come face to face with the deer.

Located on the 1st floor of a small secure residence, close to shops (bakery, supermarket, fishmonger, pharmacy...) The 3-star apartment consists of a large living space of more than 27 m2 facing south with equipped kitchen. A sitting area with sofa bed (new 160 bedding), TV, internet, and fiber optic. 2 secure parking spaces. Quiet, ideal for remote work.

Located in Concarneau on the 3rd (no lift) and top floor of a quiet condominium in the city centre, the apartment (70 m2) has a bright living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. You will enjoy a magnificent sea view. Ideally located to enjoy the beach, the Ville Close, the port, restaurants and all the shops in the city centre on foot. You'll have the option to park in the residence's private car park (assigned space).

Penty, 6 km from the sea

This pretty penty adjoining our house is ideally located in the quiet countryside but also 5 minutes from the center of Concarneau and 6 km from the beaches. The penty is ideal for family vacations. For the months of July and August we only accept requests by the week from Saturday to Saturday. We do not provide sheets or towels, unless requested by you, we charge 10 euros bedding.

"L'impasse des bibis"... a natural break

I welcome you, in the middle of the woods, in a pleasant 40 m2 guest house, new and single-storey with a separate entrance. Ideally located, quiet, between ocean and greenery, halfway between Concarneau (9 km) and Pont-Aven (9 km), at the exit of the village of Trégunc (800 m) and very close to Pointe de Trévignon (5 km).
