The Loft by Autrement Pet-friendly enclosed garden

The Loft is a detached house with a garden and closed and private parking. The single-story living (with only one step down to the bedroom) allows you to live on the ground floor in front of the garden. A second bedroom equipped with a 90 bed in the attic, lit by a skylight, can accommodate one person. The kitchen is equipped. Beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. Walking or biking to discover Carnac and its surroundings will be easy for you. Return to calm guaranteed

"L'Etage" is a large studio classified as "Furnished for Tourism" located at the entrance to the Quiberon Peninsula, close to beaches, surf spots, kite spots and sites of interest (Megaliths, Ria, Côte Sauvage, Grand Site Dunaire, GR34...). We designed it with great care for our returns from abroad where we live. You will enjoy its pleasant and relaxing atmosphere! BED LINEN AND TOWELS NOT INCLUDED/ON REQUEST (€20 surcharge)

Charming apartment, all comforts, located on the upper floor of our house. It is very functional with equipped kitchen, private bathroom, independent entrance. We provide bed and bath linens. "Pinta" Australian Shepherd is free to roam the property. We're on the way to the beaches, so no more traffic in the summer. Ideally located 10 minutes from the sea. Close to Carnac, Erdeven, Quiberon, Auray, Vannes, Lorient and the Gulf of Morbihan.

Thanks to its south-facing exposure, enjoy a soothing view of the sea horizon, a real invitation to escape and relax.

Après quelques marches, vous accéderez au logement indépendant de 95 M2 de la maison, le rez de chaussée étant occupé par l'hôte, avec ses 3 chambres, sa grande mezzanine (2 couchages supplémentaires sur demande), son accès privatif, à 500 M à pied de la plage.
