Bed linen provided but not towelling. Ground coffee machine. Not suitable for children. WC/shower open plan. Electric radiator. No smoking.

Vacation home in Moelan-sur-Mer

Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance of a hamlet. The bay windows give access to the terrace and the small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the courtyard. We live in the adjoining house, without a view, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the cottage. You will probably meet our 2 cats and occasionally you may hear our little dog bark. Bourg de Moelan 2 km shops and supermarket, market on Tuesday Train station 15 min

Ideal if you prefer tranquility, the cottage is adjoining the owner’s house with independent access and private parking.

Ideally located 1.8 km from the charming port of Lesconil and the large white sandy beach. Living room, open kitchen, living room/wood-burning stove, sofa bed, bathroom: shower and toilet. Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Possibility of lunch/dinner outside in the shared courtyard of this Breton farmhouse (south facing). Baby kit available on request.

Charming studio with mezzanine, located in the heart of the city of painters made famous by Paul Gauguin and the Pont-Aven School of Painting. The studio is located in one wing of our house and you have two entrances to get there. You have an outdoor dining area at the foot of the staircase and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 metres from the city centre and museum and close to the harbour.

Nestled at the bottom of the garden, the Ty Neizh (little nest in Breton), awaits you to spend a moment out of time. Romantic and bohemian, the trailer offers a bed for two people (160 x 180) and a small cozy living space. Meals can be taken on the terrace, in the garden or in the trailer. Bathroom and toilet are independent, located in the main house and accessible day and night A breakfast of local products is available for a fee of €5/person.

Located on the ground floor of an old mill, 10 minutes from the ocean, the cottage includes a bedroom with bathroom, separate toilet and living kitchen with stone fireplace. It can accommodate 2 to 3 people. In a wooded environment you will have access to the mill orchard and the river (Le Moros) that runs along the property. Quietly, you can observe many birds: herons, piverts, owls. And with a bit of luck, you'll come face to face with the deer.
