No Tvs or Microwave but WiFi, campfire ring, BBQ grill full kitchen/bath with outdoor picnic area. The grounds also have a playground, basketball goal, volleyball net, and river access. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood filled with older homes is our family home. Big 2 acre lot. Each bedroom is decorated in Texas themed towns/cities. —South Texas. The Sun Room is beachy, SPI. The AUSTIN Zen Den is just that. Super cool. The West Texas room is beautifully decorated in western fun. The Lake LBJ room, (the study) has lots of lake decor. FYI. IN ADDITION: having its own entrance, is a guest house in the back yard. It is also on Airbnb, separately. Our Guest house sleeps four.
