A Tulipán Apartman Békéscsaba belvárosához közel, egy emeletes társasház első emeletén, csendes környezetben található. A vasútállomás és buszpályaudvar, éttermek, bárok, élelmiszerboltok és a Csaba Center bevásárlóközpont pár perc sétára található a szálláshelytől.
