Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Key Haven, Key West

A great spot for our family of five. Easy access to old Key West and all the local attractions. Great pool and hot tub to relax in after a long day of walking around. The condo was very well stocked and had everything we needed. Thanks for making our time in Key West so comfortable!

The condo was great! Clean and decorated tastefully. It was priced fairly and only 5 miles from downtown. Grocery stores and shopping was nearby. The only negative was a few blocks east of the condo were some trashy trailer court neighborhoods that I would avoid on the way to the Hogfish Grill (good food). Otherwise we felt safe.

Had a great stay here. Very nice and great location in the keys.

We had a lovely time. Right upon arrival, felt very comfortable. We highly recommend the place. Beautiful pool complex as well as direct access to the sea. We will be happy to come back.

We arrived early on the day of check-in, and because previous guests has left early, we were able to check in first thing in the morning! Henry happened to be in Key West, working around his property, so he very kindly gave us a full tour of the apartment, the parking area, the grounds, pool, and beach. The apartment is whimsically decorated with pastel colors to fit the Key West vibe, and has lots of cute details. Amazingly, all the small appliances, dishes, glasses, and tableware are in the pink/rose colored family. Literally every appliance is pink (Cuisenart, coffee maker, toaster, Keurig, blender, tableware, and more). It gave the place a unified cozy feel. The living room is spacious, with lots of couch room for a family to watch TV together. The kitchen is eat-in, and the bathrooms and bedrooms are super nice. We felt very at-home in Henry's place, and appreciate the details he provides about checking in, keys, garage parking, etc. We had a great time.

Exactly as listed. Megan was very helpful and responsive. You are right in Duval street. If you are coming for a few days, this is the place to stay at.

Danielle was an incredibly communicative & accommodating host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and exactly as described—if not better. The outdoor space was absolutely beautiful and even more impressive than the photos. Our kids had an amazing time spending their days outsid whether it was fishing off the dock, kayaking, lounging in the sun, playing with the games thoughtfully packed in the closet, or swimming in the pool. The location is perfect close to great restaurants, shops, and excursions. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway in the Keys, I highly recommend booking this place. We had the best time and can’t wait to come back! 😎🌴

Location, location, location! We couldn’t be more pleased with the walkability to bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean and had a few more upgrades than expected so that was nice! We had a comfortable bed and plenty of clean towels! The door locks need a little attention but otherwise we felt safe and at home! Looking forward to another visit soon!

Sharon was an excellent host that answered any of our questions promptly. The place was even better than what the photos showed. Comfortable enough for 7 people to stay for a long weekend. We didn't use the pool, but it was nice to have the option. Easy to get into the gated community, and we didn't struggle to find parking with our rental car. Easy to get to many different popular spots around Key West with rideshare. Convenient to have some convenience stores like CVS within walking distance, and a Publix not too far via car. Only thing I would improve is having more toilet paper and hand soap refills in each bathroom, especially with 7 people staying over a long weekend.

We loved our stay at Jeffery's house. It is spacious and very comfortable. My husband appreciated the proximity to the pickleball courts - we could see them from our bedroom windows- and my son enjoyed fishing off the dock. The upper suite was wonderful for privacy and quiet when the older kids stayed up later than the adults. Jeffery was super helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was an out a 20-25 minute drive to Duval so did have to take an Uber everywhere we went since we hadn’t rented a car. Overall it was a very nice place-we just weren’t crazy about the location.

House was nice and clean. Great location perfect for getting to open water. Frank was very helpful and responded quickly with any questions we had. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

We all loved the house. Plenty of space, the outdoor patios were a daily hangout, the views were great, what's not to love. The maintenance of the house itself was excellent and it didn't feel like a "rental". Well decorated, not worn down, a bathroom for everyone, it was great. We rented a golf cart to get back and forth from town which was very easy and barely a ten minute drive. We did have a small issue with the pool while there, which apparently is very unusual. It is Key West so it took a few days to get the parts needed. However, Javier was always easy to reach and while he did eventually fix it it was his 'out of the box' thinking and communication on everything that was superbly professional. I understand he manages several properties and we would gladly stay at any of them. With an AirBNB, if something goes wrong and you're far from home all you have to rely on is the owner/manager and you are in excellent hands with Javier. A++ on customer service

Our family of four stayed for a week in mid April and had a great time. Karen’s place was convenient to access all of our activities. We fished, went snorkeling, and visited pigeon Key. Lots of good restaurant options within just a few miles. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay! The house was super clean and the back patio was beautiful. We loved the back canal area and saw lots of very cool wildlife and enjoyed fishing right there. Having the kayaks to use was also great. Beds were very comfy and the rooms were spacious. The house had everything we needed. We loved the key colony area. The cabana club was a great space and the house is in walking distance to Sunset Beach, which was beautiful. The whole area is super close to fun things to do and great restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

We came to truly appreciate how stellar our townhouse, Reid’s Bahamian Stay was once we got our bearings in Key West. The location within the tranquil Truman Annex could not have been more ideal for a great week in Key West. A nicely updated townhome with private porches and back yard and located near the association pool (but not too close!) Avant Stay was wonderful to work with from prompt advance communications to providing a very clean and nicely stocked unit to get us started. As a rental management company, I highly recommend them and we will look them up again for our next stay. A 5 star experience for a nice family vacation.

Duval Square is a perfect location for all the cliche Key West Activities! The property was perfect, clean, and updated! Very responsive and accommodating hosts. I would highly recommend this property and will stay here again.

Carrie's place was absolutely beautiful! it was so clean, the beds were insanely comfortable, and there were tons of linens and towels for everyone. We very comfortably fit 8 people into the home with no problems. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing and we were all blown away. Carrie was extremely responsive and friendly. We were here for our wedding and had our wedding party stay here so it was extra magical. The pool and hot tub is super close, elevator to help with our bags, and the resort itself is gorgeous. 10/10 would stay again. We loved it so so much! Don't miss out.

Great experience, great host and accommodations. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but repair was delayed over the holiday week which was out of the hosts' control. Very communicative and responsive.

Unbelievable location. Lots of space. Super responsive host. Lots to do walking out on Duval Street, felt like we were in the center of everything. Just a fantastic place, would highly recommend.

Bonnie's place was just what we had hoped it would be. Comfy, plenty of room for 2 friends and not tripping over each other. Ice maker in fridge was a great plus. We loved it and if we're ever in Key West again, we'll ask for this location.

Eric’s place was lovely, well maintained, nicely appointed, and immaculate. The 3 of us enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool. Even though the apartment is near the airport we only heard planes twice in the 4 days we were there. There is a convenient little grocery store on the site and excellent BBQ from a food truck near the pool. Eric responded to our questions promptly. Comfy beds, everything worked and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Key West away from the hub-bub of Duvall Street! We had a rental car for getting around the island. The condo was great for our group of 4. Two full bathrooms were a bonus! Very clean! Smathers Beach was a short drive away. Free parking for a public beach with bath house! Also super close to the airport, but we never heard any overnight flights. A great spot!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and have already rebooked. Newly remodeled, private and walkable. Secure, pristine community with lovely grounds. Host was very helpful and prompt in responding.
