Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Khlong Toei

I had an amazing stay at Amm’ s place! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was good easy to get grab bikes there was also a shuttle service. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and provided great recommendations. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Thank God for the graceful host, Yoyo, being patient and understanding for my dumb foreign behaviour. He wasn't mad even when I forgot to look at his instructions about the check-in and got stuck in the lobby, then he still helped me out. He's been responsive, helpful, patient and professional the whole time I stayed at his place. The room is big enough for a single person, as per my own opinion. Everything was clean, kitchen utensils were provided, cooking equipments as well. The view at night is beautiful. The entire condo gives a luxurious feeling that I bet I would stay here again next time when I'm in the area.

DiscoveryHome is the best place to stay in pratunam area. Just by walking you can find many tourist destinations, shop and taste typical thai food. Highly recommended.

This was great location for my first time in Bangkok- vibrant area with action every corner you took- very reasonable distance to all the historic sites downtown- Grab (Thai Uber) was very easy to use here- being high up made staying at room very quite and nice escape from chaos going on beneath- highly recommended

I had a really good time here! The room was comfortable and the complex was always well kept clean. The location is perfect: close to a BTS station and only two stops from Kasetsart University, where I studied. The area is also nice, with lots of eateries and shops nearby. And within 15 minutes by BTS you are downtown. Land is a fantastic host who is always ready to help. He helped me with my visa extension and even went to the immigration office. In addition, he took me to the airport for my return trip. He always had good tips for the surroundings and even took me to the best restaurants a few times. During my almost 5 month stay, we became good friends. I couldn't have asked for a better Host and stay! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Bangkok!

The apartment is beautiful, located on the 25th floor with great views of the city. The pool and common areas were fantastic. Location wide, it is located in the Asok Rama 9 area, close to shopping centers and the new Jidda Fair location, very convenient!! Would recommend!

We were lucky to spontaneously book a room for two nights and would have loved to stay longer. The condo gives a secluded and private feel next to buzzing streets in the Center of Bangkok. The condo has a gate to the common area, another door to the hallway and then your private room which is beautifully decorated with high quality interior. The place was very clean and smelled great!! Additionally it is well maintained. There’s a maid which cleaned common area in the morning and helped us park our car on their private parking. The hosts showed a lot of initiative and were responsive at all times. They manage other buildings as well, which look promising, too. Make sure you book in advance as their units are quite popular!

the host was very responsive and helpful . location was superb with many restaurants and 7-11 nearby. My only issue was the steep staircase up to the rooms, gotta be extra careful while climbing up/down.

We found this place very nice and conveniently located. Nam was responsive when needed. This place is located in the middle of Bangkok, so people who are sensitive to noise, take traffic jams.

Great stay! amazing luxury Morden villa everything was perfect

We sought a centrally located place and found this unit, which appears to be a former storefront converted into a 2-storey rental. It comfortably accommodated my family of 8 with clean beds and bathrooms (one resembling a dormitory bathroom with 2 shower stalls and 2 toilets). As we did not have a car, we didn't need parking facilities. The street leading to the unit is quite narrow. We had to supply our own toilet paper and a few other bathroom and kitchen essentials. The kitchen had packets of instant coffee and bottled water in the fridge. There is a cute patio area and a washer/dryer. Be aware that the unit is on a busy intersection, and traffic noise can be heard throughout the night if you are a light sleeper. We had to pay for our electricity during our duration at the unit. Thank you for hosting us!

The stay was so clean ,comfortable,beautiful and luxurious! Everything was there that we needed . We even had someone who brought us from the airport to the place :) It was so perfect we didn’t want to leave . 7 Eleven near by and great food . Very safe to stay in this Appartement (they have Security) and the area in general is very clean . Thank you very much for this 12/10 stay ! PS : THE POOOL WITH THE VIEW WAS INCREDIBLE !

Lalida's apartment is very amazing. Clean, bedding like a 5 star hotel. She decorated the style of Modern Luxury and Cozy style. The mix is very good. There are 2 TVs which are very nice. I stayed with 2 other friends. It was super comfortable. It was not too far from the MRT line station. Shopping mall is also close. The area has Local Food, Street food and Convince store. I recommend my place to stay.

Shopping and dining options like Lotus’s, Charn The Avenue, and Big C are just 10 minutes away. Peter and his wife are passionate, genuine and kind, and go the extra mile for their guests.
