We felt right at home! The hosts were so friendly and helpful. This is a great stay for people who are picking up rental 4WD’s in Windhoek and need a secure place as a base. It has private off street parking and a good kitchen to prepare meals. The Grove Mall is 10min drive away for all you need. Joe’s Beer House is a short walk away for dinner. When next in Windhoek we will be back!

All the other reviews are spot on - this is a very unique and special stay. In the bush yet near the airport, it was perfect for our last night in Namibia. We wished we had a few more nights! Sybille could not have been more delightful. Highly recommended.

We spent a few days in this beautiful lodge. The view is fantastic and everything is very private. Except for a gardener who came by once a day, we were completely alone. Caren and her family were super friendly and helpful. They even helped me with a surprise for my partner's birthday and came especially from Windhoek. We will be happy to come back!

We have stayed at this property several times and always enjoy the apartment which is safe, spotless and surrounded by a nice garden. Food shopping, restaurants and other services are easily within walking distance. The hosts are a lovely couple who are keen to assist to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We always enjoy returning to this peaceful haven within the city.

Great Place! Great People! I really enjoyed my stay. Good communication and very focused on solving every little problem or request. Appreciate it. Would stay again! Only room for improvement is Internet for Voice Calls, which can be a challange sometimes (not always).

Torsten is a wonderful host and his home is beatiful, comfortable and has all the amenities anyone would need. Torsten is very responsive and gave great recommendations for places to eat and places to visit in the country. If I ever get the opportunity to visit Namibia I hope that Torsten's house is available. I highly recommend both the host and the house!
