Bathroom with toilet and washing machine + dryer. The cottage has a lovely terrace with beautiful views of the fields. There is a garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Large enclosed garden, free parking and close to everything in Billund. Bus station (400m), Lego House (350m), Bakery (350m), Supermarket (500m), Legoland main entrance (1200m), Lalandia (1600m), WOW Park (3km). One bathroom on the 2nd floor is under renovation. Therefore, only one usable bathroom on the ground floor.

Huset er ikke for gangbesværede. Trappen til 1. sal er stejl! Hvis aircondition benyttes koster dette 2,5 kr. pr. kw. Elmåler til aircondition aflæses ved ankomst og afrejse. Beløbet afregnes kontant ved afrejsen.
