Peseytumistiloissa on IKI-kiukaan puukiuas ja vesipata, lisäksi suihku. Yksi makuuhuoneista on alakerrassa ja kaksi yläkerrassa. Yläkerran toinen makuuhuone on parvekkeellinen.
