The farm house at Falla School is located 25 kilometres north of Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's world. The house is located on our plot and is on two floors. Here you live in a lovely rural village environment. The farmhouse has a newly renovated kitchen and a sauna with relaxation room. You have access to a large fenced garden and a large terrace with wooden floors. A few minutes walk away is a child-friendly bathing area with jetty. The farm house is suitable for both children and adults. Here you can enjoy scenic surroundings with great hiking opportunities.

Unique stay in historic school building. Welcome to our charming house in the middle of the Östergötland forest – a place where time passes a little slower. The house is an old school from 1884. Today, it is a spacious and family-friendly accommodation with all the amenities for a relaxing stay. Here you live in seclusion, surrounded by silence and beautiful nature. Perfect for those who want to enjoy the forest, take a dip in nearby lakes or try their luck with fishing. The house offers a newly renovated bathroom and several fireplaces.

Björkhaga is situated in a very quiet and rural area. In the vicinity you will find several lakes with swimming spots . Forests and meadows are at the front door and invite you to fantastic walks. Astrid Lindgren's world and Vimmerby can be reached in 30 minutes. Linköping is 1 hour. Shopping can be found in Horn (approx. 10-15 min by car). The house was carefully renovated 2016-2018. However, you will not find TV and Wi-Fi here, the house is there to relax:-)

Holiday in Småland at Astrid-Lindgrens- bike path

Our summer cottage is located in the middle of Smålands nature near the small community of Locknevi, 27km from Vimmerby. The property is located on a very quiet rural road from where you can take wonderful bike tours and hikes in our picture book landscape. The next lake with a beach is 5 km away and the Baltic Sea is easy to reach by car. Excursions: e.g. Astrid Lindgren's birthplace, Astrid Lindgren's world, many film locations and Västervik on the archipelago

Small village with wild nature around

This comfortable accommodation is in a separate house with its own entrance. The house itself is built in the traditional Swedish style: timber, red and white. It is neighbouring the host’s villa and has a lovely garden with a little stream crossing the lawn. It sits in a picturesque central corner of the village Kisa, with services and culture within 5 minutes walking, and still in the middle of wild forests.
