Great house close to sea and mountains, sunny and with beautiful views. Partially renovated with new window, renovated kitchen and bathroom in the year 2020. The house is located on farm that operates with cattle, sheep and hens. At the garden there are two other houses, as well as a barn and boathouse with the possibility of renting a rowboat. Nice hiking possibilities nearby. 14 km to Svelgen and the nearest grocery store. 41 km to Florø with many shops, restaurant etc. Here is plenty of space around the house with garden, play stand, sandbox and small trampoline for small children.

The cabin on the small farm

The cabin has been recently renovated, has its own driveway and parking, and is privately located in the yard. The cabin has a cosy living room and kitchen, with a cosy fireplace for cold evenings. There are two bedrooms with space for 6 people, and a recently renovated toilet with everything you need. Around the cabin, the animals are trudging. Long-term rentals are heavily discounted. By car: surf beach in Ervika (4 min), 20 min to Hoddevika, a convenience store (3 min) and fantastic hiking opportunities right from the property. We can rent bikes, surfboards and wetsuits.

Great place to vacation both in glorious summer days and in garden storms. A stone's throw to the spring and marina, and a few minutes walk to Hakallegarden visitor yard (check website), and the beach Sandviksanden. Hakalletrappa is right above the cabin, and gives amazing views into the sea and the nearest islands. Perfect starting point for day trips to Vestkapp, Runde, Geiranger, Loen, Ålesund, etc... Approximately 300 meters to the grocery store with everything you need. Electric car charging available on the city.

Take the car or walk to the fjord where there are fishing and swimming opportunities. 20 minutes drive to the nearest town Nordfjordeid.
