The apartment is 64 m2, has 2 rooms with separate kitchen, bathroom, private toilet and lobby. The living room also has a southeast-facing terrace with garden furniture. The bathroom also has a washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Parking is free in the designated area.
