I wanted you to relax in the Azumino air and spend a lot of luxurious time. It is a 5-minute walk from Meishina Station from our facility, and 2 stops to Matsumoto Station on the Shinnoi Line. It is easy to go towards Nagano. Mt. Nagamine, abandoned lines, Daio wasabi, swaths, etc. are close by. Please enjoy Azumino sightseeing There is a "Maekawa" flowing right in front of you, such as canoeing, rafting, sap, etc. There is a "Longmenbuchi Canoe Stadium" and you can walk there, so it is also a great place to practice. Old Meisho Town is a local town, not a downtown area. The neighborhood is not downtown, so there is nothing. Nagano Kisoji | A luxurious house carefully renovated with the tastes and culture of 1931

We want you to feel like you are living in a historic mountain town, so we accept reservations for a minimum of 2 nights. Located in the town next to Narai-juku, Nakasendo's post town, a historic town that has flourished as a region for lacquerware from the Edo period. It was selected as an Important Preservation District for Groups of Traditional Buildings, and was built in 1931 in this town, where lacquerware shops are still lined up. Limited to one group per day without meals, you can use the entire house. I think the charm of Hirasawa is the beauty and richness of everyday life. It would be nice if you could stay like living in this old town, such as reading, walking, local sake (sake, wine), and sleeping slowly. We also post our daily activities on social media, so please take a look. There are no screen doors in an old house in the valley of the mountains, so natural creatures may come in during the warmer months. The 93-year-old building is not polished in detail. Medieval Haiku poet, Basho Matsuo likened eternal passage of time to "百代の過客", a permanent traveller. In his time, a hundred years was expressed as eternal. HAKU was originally built as a farmer’s shed about a hundred years ago. It was recently relocated and renovated for another hundred years. HAKU will welcome you as traveling companions.

Kusa no Niwa | 100-Year Machiya Lodge in Takayama

Kusa no Niwa is a traditional Japanese-style house with a courtyard and corridors that was built more than 130 years ago. The entire house with a size of 100 square meters will be lent privately to a single group with a maximum capacity of 6 persons. You will find a fusuma, a sliding door with a paper panel, painted by a famous Japanese Painter, which can be also found in the Taue’s House, an Important Cultural Property, located in Nyukawa Town.
