The house was finished in January 2024 and is located on a quiet dead-end street 100m from an amazing nature reserve with endless options for walking, hiking and swimming. In 10-15 minutes by car you can reach both the sea with nice swimming areas or two of Scandinavia's largest shopping malls (Täby Centrum and Mall of Scandinavia. The house has water-borne floor heating, a permanent workspace, good Wi-Fi and parking with charging.

Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 25 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.
