Had a perfect stay! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the washrooms were super clean and hygienic—definitely a big plus. It’s a great place to stay with friends, with a cozy and welcoming vibe. Would highly recommend and love to come back again!

Excellent place. Mr AnilKumar is a very good host. He made sure we reached safely, ensured all the rooms were clean. He also arranged home cooked meals from Mini. The food was very much liked by all the elders. The house is very well maintained. The kitchen has a good number of vessels, RO water and all the bedrooms are airconditioned. Overall we had a very good stay.

We came to Kochi for treatment and stayed here for a month. The apartment is well furnished with good facilities. The extended spacious balcony provides a great view of the surrounding city. Well-maintained kitchen and bathrooms, comfortably designed bedrooms made our family's stay quite comfortable. The apartment complex has friendly security, staff and other facilities like swimming pool, Jacuzzi, okay area and games. Our kid had a good time here and that was important for us ☺️. The place is easily connected and close to main points in Kochi - Lulu, Oberon, Metro, Amrita, Aster, etc. and good online delivery serviceability. It was a Great Staycation , We all really enjoyed the place and it was so peaceful and calm environment. Special Thanks to Sreejith for communicating very Friendly and providing everything required . A truly budget friendly place to stay and enjoy the serene environment

My wife and I stayed at this place for a little over 2 weeks. The place matched the description in the photos that are posted. The place was very clean and modern. Modern appliances and nice bathroom with shower. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. The place had a washing machine, fridge, gas cooktop, 3 AC machines, 2 showers, iron (no iron board), microwave, water purifier. The owner does not live on property but the caretaker, Manoj, lives on property with his family. He is very nice and helpful. However, he does not speak English so I could not communicate with him. Thankfully, my wife speaks Malayalam and was able to speak with him. Other than that, I would recommend this place. It is a nice place to stay and very good experience overall.

Very responsive host. I booked the place hours before check-in and they were waiting for me till 11 in the night. They allowed me to check-in even at the late night and was always available on call. Even I was late for checkout but they haven't said anything. Very good experience

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Binu’s villa! It was spotless, the location was perfect, and Binu was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Stayed just the night to be able to catch an early morning flight - owing to its location right next to the airport. Very late checkin and a very early checkout. The host Hanil made it super easy and convenient for us throughout the way. A sort of unique A-Frame cabin with cozy interiors. The place is tiny but feels more intimate. Would definitely stay again someday and would also love to stay longer. Waking up to tiny bird sounds out the door was a good memory.
