Our two-storey, detached stone house, with air conditioning in every room, is located in the historical Kale neighbourhood and is a 10-minute walk from the Red Basilica, the city centre and the Antik Kent Akropol cable car. 15 minutes by car to Kozak Plateau and 25 minutes to Dikili beach. Our house is located in Pınarbaşı village in Kaz Mountains and is 3 km from Zeylinlik and 8 km from Akçay. Due to the location of the village, you can enjoy plenty of oxygen, a unique bay and forest view in peace. There is 1 WC, a living area (can be a sofa bed for 3 people), an open kitchen and a balcony on the ground floor, and 1 WC, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms on the upper floor. One room has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. Our house has 2 gardens, one in the front and one in the back.
