Relax in this truly unique and peaceful artist's residence. The house is located in the village of Tånum, just eight kilometres from the centre of Randers. The house is furnished with a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a small bedroom with a 140 cm x 200 cm bed. From here, there is access to a terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun with a view of the garden. This is a unique property, with a history as an artists' home. In our lovely, large basement apartment of approx. 90 m2, you get a little extra for your money. It has a large luxurious bathroom with a wellness shower. I've made the beds and the towels are ready. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, oven and fridge/freezer, coffee maker and electric kettle. Bedroom, hallway, large living room and room with two beds. The apartment has marble floors and underfloor heating and is located in the basement of the house. It is only 100 meters to Rema, 500 meters to the center of Ikast and 10 minutes by car to Herning.

Forest cabin in scenic surroundings. Located on a 5200 m2 private property. In the immediate area there is access to Karup River and Nature National Park Kompedal Plantage. In the cottage there is a kitchen-living room, wood stove, bathroom, bedroom with a short double bed (NOTE the bed is short W: 140 x L: 180 cm) and loft with 2 beds (180 x 200). There is a nice wooden terrace with access to an annex with an extra bedroom. IMPORTANT: The tenant is responsible for cleaning and tidying up. No partying or loud music.

The home is an annex in the countryside, where you can enjoy the quiet life. The home can be locked and it has a room with kitchenette, sofa, dining table and double bed. There is an entrance hall and a private bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included. There is also the possibility of using part of the garden with a table and bench set down to Holtum Å. It is possible to bring a dog. The home is centrally located between Horsens and Herning, Silkeborg and Billund. Brohuset is only 3 km from Hærvejen.

The property includes a large plot with cozy walkways and a field with the possibility of running, dog training and by appointment: car, bicycle and motocross, horse riding, etc. By appointment and for a fee, you can hold small parties/events for up to about 40 guests and in total I can offer accommodation for about 15 guests.
